i cant decide between gnarwhal 2 puffin 2 and wooly marmoth 2 any idea which one should u pick up ?

We love them all! The Puffin 2 is probably the most "competition" worthy of the three, according to our team, but they've assured us that they love all three.

Do you agree that there should be a female division in yoyo competition?

That's a tough one.
On the one hand, we're all in favor of more women being involved in competitive yoyo play. On the other hand, have a separate division for them seems a little weird.
We don't really know what the answer is, but we agree that we would love to see more women involved in yoyoing!

How come some of the newer throws (I.e. AC2, Bonfire) seem to have more vibe than the older throws (i.e. BvM2, Older run Chiefs, Avalanche)?

We've found that our newer return tops overall have better quality than older models. If you've found a problem with a new CLYW return top, please contact the store you purchased it from and they'll help you out.
Just keep in mind that even with a perfectly glass-smooth return top, all it can sometimes take is one bounce off a hard surface to throw off that perfect balance. Precision is finicky!

Would CLYW recruit more teammates from Asia?

We don't choose our teammates based on location. We just add people who we feel are a great fit for our team.

Who will come to the WYYC in Prague?

Not sure yet, but we'll make an announcement on the site once we've confirmed our lineup!

We're working on more Yetis...we'll announce when/where they will be available.

Was the Canvas also considered a signature throw for Jensen? So the original Marmot (didn't know that), then the Canvas, and now the Wooly Marmot 2? Is that correct?

Yes, although the Canvas was sort of more of a collaboration between CLYW and Jensen. It was meant truly as a canvas...a platform for art.

Will y'all bring back the classic colors? Like maple drip? Or any of the colors y'all did on the chief? Like buffalo bob, or cool ghoul. Maybe some more minty mint? I would love some old colors, especially 28 Stories in the shade of the peak. Like the aqua color, instead of baby blue.

The Bonfire is a great all-around player for any style.

why are clyw yoyos expensive?

Because making them is expensive, and taking care of our amazing team is expensive. Sometimes, good things are expensive. But for those who think our yoyos are too expensive, we're working on getting more Yetis released!
