Is blue blizzard retired? The closest to it lately is Iceberg. Will blue blizzard ever return?
A lot of people ask us "Is this colorway retired?" and most of the time the answer is "No, we just have entirely too many colorways to run some of them very often." This is one of those. People just seemed to really like Iceberg better and head-to-head the Iceberg was selling better, so we figured we would let Blizzard cool its heels for a while and then trot some out later once people miss it a little. -Steve

The Avalanche was meant to be a "refined" version of the Sasquatch...floatier, faster, more of a general player. The Sasquatch is more rim weighted, a little narrower, and more of a workhorse. -Steve

How rare are the first run of Maiderade Puffin 2's, that look completely different than the Maiderade's now?
Same anodizer for all of them, so any variance is the typical amount of variance between runs of any color. Not sure why you think they look "completely different' when they look pretty much the same?
As for scarcity...we've increased the numbers a bit on Maiderades since they've gotten so popular. I think the first run was only 20 pieces. -Steve
