ofcoruse fine tuning from the factory is important! Do you wanna buy a product that was not inspected by the manufacturer itself and go through the trouble returning it to them? I don't understand to point in tuning from the factory. Yes it's a quality check for the yoyos and that you care about us and your products but honestly one of the first things people do when they get a new throw is opening it and messing up the time spent fine tuning. :|
We can only offer the best product possible. If players want to ruin our return tops immediately upon receiving them by doing a lot of unnecessary "tuning and maintenance", that's their decision. -Steve
