Yes they will, but they will stick out too much. We didn't start deepening the pad depth until 2011. Better to use General Yo pads if you don't want to use flowable silicone.

does it ever bother you at all when people buy like 4 of every return top you make and just keep them up for display, i know they bought them and they can do as they wish with them but aren't they made to be played with?

Which string(s) last the longest, and are best for slack tricks in your opinion? I seem to burn through all the strings I buy, and it is very frustrating.
It varies greatly from player to player. I personally stuck with 100% cotton WAY longer than pretty much anyone else, and only switched over to Kitty String a few years ago.
I've personally found that Kitty String Fat can handle pretty much anything imaginable. But I will say that I tried out that Mark Montgomery signature string (I think it was from Toxic?) and it was like some kind of crazy magical sentient rope that does tricks just by you thinking about them.

whats batter ac2 or puffin 2? when is the puffin coming out? I have the bonfire so im looking for somthing different than it.
They're just totally different. AC2 is big and fast, like a tall ship with rocket boosters. Puffin 2 is smaller and fast, like an actual Puffin but with rocket boosters.
So one plays like a rocket boat, the other plays like a rocket bird. Hope that helps.

Just got a Campfire--LOVE it and bummed it's discontinued! Any plans on another undersized throw? The Eskimo? Snowflake? Ermine? Lemming? You guys are way better at the name thing.
Glad you like it! That size return top just didn't work out well for us...we're working on some other ideas for "introductory" models but they have to be perfect and amazing so it's going to be a little while!
