can i remove the bearing using the axle or will it ruin the axle

I'm honestly not sure exactly how you would use the axle to remove the bearing, but I'd recommend you not do it. If the bearing is really on their tightly, use a bearing removal tool. YoYoFactory makes a really good one for cheap. -Steve

I'm sure these kinds of questions bug you a lot, but when is the yeti release?

It's not that this kind of question bugs me, it's that no matter how many times I answer it no one seems to listen. :P
We don't have a release date yet. When we have a release date it will be posted here, Facebook, Google+, Twitter, Instagram, and on our site. It will be inescapable, just like the cold, inexorable reality of humanity's eventual demise. There will be no way to avoid knowing the date of the Yeti release, once a date has been set. It will be omnipresent, like Nicki Minaj. There will be no possible way to avoid it. Conspiracy theorists locked in nuke-proof bunkers will hear about it.
But I can assure you...asking here over and over and over and over and over again will not magically speed up the production process for this beleaguered lil' return top. Getting the Yeti up and running in a way that allows for predictable and reliable manufacturing and assembly is very much our #1 priority at the moment because holy crap, that thing is straight up lightning in a bottle and once we can actually produce them to meet demand they will easily be the most successful product we have EVER released. So rest assured, we are working on it and the very moment we have a date, you'll know. -Steve
(I do love setting off on a good rant now and again. That felt good, ha ha!)

how can you make kitty string be at its longest length... I know that you can do it by making a small finger loop but whenever I try to make the loop it is hecka big

Just tie a finger loop at the end without shortening or trimming the string. -Steve

I was talking about like crazy Janos rejections im already a master at the other kind lol

First step at mastering that level of string rejections is to be Hungarian. If you contact the US office of the Hungarian Embassy, they can direct you to local resources for you to begin your ethnic conversion. I believe it involves eating lots of goulash. -Steve

Do you find it disrespectful when I call your return tops yoyos?

Are there going to be any budget metal CLYW yoyos ? i really love them and the style of the players but its a bit too expensive

We're kicking around some ideas, but nothing solid yet. We're hoping, first and foremost, to get the rest of these Yetis assembled and out the door since that was always meant to truly be our "budget" model. -Steve

from what you have heard, what is best for smooth, stable, long spinning play? bonfire,wm2, or scout?

In order of most stable to least stable: Bonfire -> Scout -> Wooly Marmot 2.
The WM2 is still plenty stable, as evidenced by the slew of tricks that you've seen Jensen pull off with it in Cabin Tutorials, but the other two are designed for a bit more stability and have better shapes for horizontal play. -Steve

Steve, are you going to 44 Clash? Also are puffin, yeti, and marmot going?

Yep, I'll be there! Along with Palli, Petr Kavka, Ayumu Harada, and Zach Gormley. I'm pretty sure Puffin is coming, too. :) -Steve

I want a floaty top, but still get some good spin. Do you think WM2 would accomplish that, or is there something better. I want more float than spin, but still good spin if that makes sense

Puffin 2 or Wooly Marmot 2. Both will serve you well. -Steve

So will it damage my Puffin 2 to screw it together almost as tight as it came? (It came REALLY tight, like it took me 2 tries to unscrew it).

When it goes together and stops turning, stop turning it. -Steve

When you strip an axle from overtightening a return top, whether it be metal or plastic, will the yoyo just stop tightening and the halves start spinning? Like is it really obvious when you strip or snap an axle?

Yep, they'll just keep spinning. It's super obvious.

What things cause an axle/threads to strip? Can you give me some examples so I can be careful about this?

Don't overtighten your return top. That's pretty much it. -Steve

please make more regular t shirts with the small clyw pick-axe on front and the big clyw pick-axe on the back. please!!! I NEED ONE!!!!

Maybe! T-shirts sell really slowly for us and we still have plenty left of older designs. Next time we make shirts we'll consider it, though! -Steve

is the bushman color and mischief the same and if so why did you make two of the same color?

Not the same, but REALLY similar. The color scheme is the same but the Bushman is all speckles while the Mischief is all splashes.
