Is it possible to be sponsored by a certain company even though you are using a throw from another company?
I don't understand your question. Are you asking if sponsored players are allowed to touch and play with return tops from other companies? Or are you asking if they are allowed to compete with them?Sure, sponsored players frequently try out and play with return tops from other manufacturers. Always good to know what is happening in the market. But if you're sponsored, it's really bad form to compete with something other than your sponsor's product. -Steve
I have ac2 a gnarwhal 2 and advanced scout. How do they compare and what yoyo should I get next
Well...if you already have them, you should be able to compare them yourself? You kinda lost me on that one. Next up I would say get ready for the Orca. It's a nice step forward for us. -Steve
sometimes a "salty old man in Ohio" is better than Google.
Sometimes, but not always. If you want nuanced answers about the history of the yoyo industry, I'm WAY better than Google. If you just want to know what part of the bearing is the shield, Google can tell you that, give you diagrams of all the different types of attachment methods for bearing shields, and probably also give you weight and torque tolerances, as well as detailed explanations of what they are, why they are (or aren't) used, and what kind of maintenance they need. -Steve
for a slack and whip person, should i get a chief or ac2 for my first clyw?
Either will do great for slack and whip tricks. -Steve
