So do USA made and Canada made return tops from you guys play differently?

There was definitely a difference with the Chiefs, but I feel like the 2nd run of Puffin 2 plays better. We'll see with the Gnar 2. One Drop know what they're doing. Machining is an art form to them. - Chris

How do you guys design a yoyo? And what do you define as a good yoyo design?

I set a goal. I play around to get a good shape that is balanced.
A good design has a nice balanced aesthetic that had feature on the inner hub that balance or are echoed in the profile shape. It has to wow me on the first throw and be able to do Yuuki's wrist mount trick twice in a row. - Chris

Is there any plan making new double-rim type return tops in the future?

Maybe! Would have to be the right design. We should just do a triple. Everyone and their dog does double now. Lol - Chris

Charles works out of Jensen's house now and random coffee shops. I have a full time job down town. So the head quarters is basically my basement and it isn't very exciting. But he if you want to come hangout we can meet at the mall and get some bubble tea. - Chris

Any colorways you regret doing?

Foxy Moss. That red splash wasn't supposed to be there, but it did. I hate that colorway but people really like it for some reason. So weird. Plus like most of the bassalope colorways maybe like 50% of them. Gosh they were terrible. Oh and those first run solids of the Gnarwhal, gosh I wish those would have come out better, I custom picked the tones and everything. They made custom made the dye for us and everything. Maybe I am I just being too hard on myself. Lol - Chris

How do you come up with your flawless designs and color ways??

Haha thanks! For designs I just let them happen and try not to force it. I rarely design a new throw just because. Plus a lot of the vision behind the team's sig throws comes from them, I just make it come out. Colorways could always be improved. I just try to take influence from my environment and the things around me. - Chris
