Need that kendama video!

Kendamas are on order...once they arrive the video won't be far behind. Chuck had some rendering issues he wanted to correct anyway...pretty tiny stuff, but enough that he felt it could be better.

How often would you recommend you change your string and clean your bearing assuming I play a hour a day everyday?

Personally, I change my string after about an hour of serious play. I never clean my bearings.
Of course, I'm no longer a competitive player so my total lack of maintenance habits should be soundly ignored. ;)
I'll holler at the team and post the maintenance regimens of everyone who answers!

Whoa going to West coast championships? It's my first contest after yoyoing for 4 years! I'm not competing but I want to meet others, and have fun!

I don't think anyone from CLYW is going to that one. They announced it kinda late! Should be a great event though...there are a ton of great players on the West Coast.

I think that Petr and Ricardo are two craziest slackers on the planet ! You should be gald to have them both in team.

I bought their collab with YoYofficer while I was in Prague. Plays nice. Other than that, I've never used any of their stuff.

Is the scout very different from the Bonfire or the Chief? I have both and they're great. So the scout is based off these two amazing throws, is it a variation of the two or completely it's own?

It's very much it's own throw, but you'll be able to spot the influence immediately. But in the hand, it doesn't really feel like either of them.
Chris is hella good at designing return tops.
