How does the Peak 2 play in comparison to the Creep? Seeing as they're similar shapes and sizes
Peak 2 feels a little smaller in the hand, and seems to move a little bit faster (at least for me). I think I personally still prefer the Creep, because I play slower, but I've been switching back and forth between the two a lot lately and I'm definitely enjoying both. If you like one, chances are good you'll also enjoy the other as a change of pace. -Steve

Was the blizzard based on anything when it was designed, or was it completely new? I cannot think of a yoyo with a blizzard-like feel or shape.

Most of our line works pretty well for 3A and 5A. The Compass was designed with 5A in mind, although technically I'm not allowed to legally recommend it for 5A. But hey....COME AND GET ME, DUNCAN! THE COMPASS IS GREAT FOR 5A! -Steve

hwhat yoyo does mark mangarin use ? and how does he get it to move all weird?
He uses several different CLYW models, although he seems pretty fond of the Igloo and Yeti. As for how he gets it to move "all weird" I think the answer is "practice". ;) -Steve

Usually it takes me a few days to figure out if I like a new return top, but the peak 2 was seriously love at first toss. Thank you for my new favorite throw!

How come yoyo-usa has two extra colour of the kodiak? Were they not sent to yoyoexpert or are they upcoming colourways?
Those pictures are showing the Arctic Fade and Lime Sherbet spinning. For some reason the colors on those pics are a lot darker though, so they just look like muddy solid colors. -Steve

You mentioned CLYW was the first company to do splash finishes, pretty sure the Tom Kuhn SB2 had a splash anodized finish (at least one version of it) before CLYW was even a thought 😉
The SB-2 came in that tortoise shell, but I've never considered that a splash. But yeah, TK was always a little ahead of things. ;) -Steve
