How long is the processing normally for you guys? I ordered an advanced about yesterday and wondering because the email said up to a week.

Up to a week. We obviously try to turn things around faster, but it's literally just me sitting at my dining room table and packing boxes. Not exactly "high tech" ha ha. -Steve

Just for curiosity, have any of you guys ever had repetitive strain issues from yoyoing?

Not sure about Chris, but I have tendinitis in both wrists. Not solely due to playing return tops, but mostly due to injuring myself and CONTINUING to play return tops. I actually injured my right wrist setting up for the legendary Triple D Contest in Los Angeles, which was two days before I left for a spin top promotion in Singapore. Doing spin top shows with a bad wrist pretty much destroyed the tendons in my right arm for the rest of my life. Not the smartest thing I've ever done. -Steve

Yes we do! Shipping for a single return top to Germany is $15 USD. Should take 1 - 2 weeks to arrive, unless it gets held up in Customs. -Steve

Have you guys ever thought about expanding to 2a or maybe 4a?

2A - No way. Designing a proper 2A return top is the hardest friggin' thing in the world. There are already some great ones out there, and we have absolutely nothing to add to that conversation.
4A - I dunno...maybe? Nothing in the works but 4A is picking up in popularity and we have a few people on the team who enjoy it. So who knows...maybe? We have a few other things we need to kick out first, though. -Steve

Yes, I'm quite serious about building a pneumatic tube system between Cleveland and Edmonton so that Chris and I can travel back and forth to visit each other in giant steel tubes. -Steve

Do you support petr with his "nest" project?

Sure. He's helping some local friends design a return top for their company to produce, and it's great for him to learn more about return top design and how the business side of things work. It's not a "signature model" or anything for him and it doesn't really conflict with his sponsorship from CLYW. -Steve

When will the fools golds ship?

For the record, we're no longer going to answer questions like this about who should/shouldn't be on the CLYW team, or "Why isn't this player on your team?" or anything like that. It's pretty uncomfortable for us, really uncomfortable for them, and it's just not the sort of conversation that needs to happen publicly.
Thanks to everyone who is really keen on particular players...I'm sure they are SUPER grateful for your support! But asking just why we haven't sponsored them basically just puts everyone on the spot in a pretty awful way. Sorry. -Steve

If we had a date, we'd have announced it!
We have a TON of stuff that's just backed up in the production pipeline right now. That's the bad news.
The good news is that we've found several new anodizers, and we're currently hard at work on a huge lineup of new colorways for 2015. So while things are moving a little slow right now, our supply chain just increased significantly and everything is not only going to start moving along quicker very soon, but we're also going to have some pretty awesome new stuff to show you (hopefully) soon. -Steve

Will you start shipping your yoyos with the ice (blue) pads again? Also when will they restock?

There is no difference between the white and blue pads, other than color. Although I do think that the last batch we ordered were blue, so they should start shipping with the next run, or the one after that? -Steve
