So will you guys ever sell transparent yetis or any other plastic return top?
When you say "transparent" do you mean totally clear, or just translucent colors? If you mean "totally clear", I'm not sure but we have no current plans.

I don't have a picture of it spinning, unfortunately. Maybe try YoYoExpert? They do spinning shots of everything they stock. The name is a 7-Up reference from the 80s. Look up the old commercials on YouTube, they're hilarious. -Steve

Argh! Bummer! It happens though...any return top can pick up a little vibe if you hit it just right (or just wrong, I guess).
Just focus on your tricks, and try to remember that return tops are still just tools to get the job done. Every hammer picks up a few scratches, that just means it's being used. -Steve

Steve doesn't have any issues with any Asia Pacific players ... He was just being a grumpy old fart and was salty about a couple products and Yoyos he ordered from Singapore that were damaged. It's all good. Not sure if anyone from the team will be able to make it. It's very expensive and we need to save for worlds. -Chris

Hey, I just picked up a manatee at BAC and it plays great!! However, whenever I pull the yoyo up it binds by itself (it pretty much plays responsive). Is this a problem with the bearing, or do I just need to break down the yoyo by playing with it more. Thanks!
Should have found me yesterday and I could have replaced the bearing for you. These ones are pretty dry so they can sometimes need a drop of lube in them to start. Just email us through our site and we can send you a new bearing. -Chris

Just wanted to say, my igloo is dope. Far and away the best throw I've ever had. Also the prettiest. Since I already have a bi-metal, would it be worth investing in a blizzard? Do they play that differently? Or am I better off spending my monies on a yeti 2.0?

We tried to run it, and Petr wanted the speckles to be a little bit more "splashy", and the anodizer went TOTALLY overboard and we ended up with Disco Panther. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
