which one is better for rejections, Scout or Orca?

Ayumu Harada - maybe Scout? and I think most of high-end return tops are good for rejections.
Dennis Joseph Cinquegrani Jr. - Yea Scout would be better but Orca handles any of mine excellently.
Chris Rodrigues - I'd say Scout.
Zach David Gormley - pretty sure both Orca and Scout will handle rejections fine.
Petr Kavka - I never felt like any return top is better for rejections than another one.

What's your thoughts of having Worlds in Pittsburgh?

It would be impossible to give anyone directions to get to anywhere.

hey Steve maybe you can help me with a silly question, for some unknown reason all my stings that are even slightly used have a weird cheesy smell to them, do your strings start to smell funky after a while?and no i'm not handling cheese or anything weird and i wash my hands frequently.

I'm glad you brought that up.
We get two main types of comments about our products. The first is overwhelmingly positive comments about the way things play and our general quality and designs. The second is people asking for everything to be cheaper.
It's an interested dichotomy...everyone wants our stuff to be the best, but they consistently don't want to *pay* for it to be the best. And we can't blame you...who doesn't like a bargain, right?
So the question is, what would our fans be willing to give up in order to get CLYW return tops for lower prices? What if we worked with an amazing machine shop overseas and got our costs down? Great quality, same as always, but made in Hong Kong or China. Would people freak out? Would we lose fans? Most people have little to no understanding of the quality of goods manufactured overseas these days...would people be cool with learning more about how good you can make things in China, or would they just be upset that we weren't making things in North America?
These are the things that Chris and I think about and struggle with constantly. And we are working on figuring out some lower cost options, but we're deeply worried about what people expect of the CLYW brand vs. what they want from our products.
