I work at a store that sells CLYW yoyo's and whenever someone new sees a yoyo for upwards of $100 they are dumbfounded. How do I explain the price to them?
The way I always explain it is like this: no matter what there is in the world, there are cheap ones and there are expensive ones. Any time you get really, really in to something you can get the higher end equipment, where the quality difference is there but usually only noticeable to the most knowledgable consumer or the lower end, which usually works fine for most everyone else.
CLYW is the higher end, and the quality and value are there but really only noticeable to people who really know what they're looking at. -Steve
