What's with this whole China thing?
We're making Zach's new plastic return top in China, and Andrew's new bi-metal. We tried to do injection plastic molding in North America and it's just not very good here. The quality in China was much, much better.
We're making Andrew's bi-metal in China because if we made it in the US it would retail for $200+ and we just don't want to do that. The factory we found did an AMAZING job with the prototypes, and we're really excited to get these into the players hands at a reasonable price. -Steve

Why is a solid blue Chief cheaper than the rest? Was it anodized with another batch of yoyos that also had the same color?
No idea, you'll have to ask YoYoExpert. Might just be a mistake. We didn't charge them anything different for blue. -Steve
