how do you practice for contest？before 2012 nats you never have clean freestyle but after you win nats you always can do clean freestyle
I usually would run through my freestyles a few times a month out in advance or so? However for worlds I was practicing several months in advance. But remember.... No practice makes perfect! heheh. (still practice)
