I got my FG scout and my FG Sasquatch about a week ago, and they are amazing! Both were dead smooth with ano flaws out of the box! I must say, while the scout is my personal favourite yoyo I've ever used (it reminds me of my own days in scouts) but the sasquatch makes the perfect day to day carry!

Does the store on your website always ship from the US? Or was that just for the FG drop? I'm asking because I had to pay about 30$ in customs for the FG yoyos to come back over the border, and I'm hoping to be mentally prepared if it's going to happen again.

Sounds like a bearing problem. Have you tried replacing your bearing?
Borealis and Orca are both fantastic. If you want something a little more solid and stable, get the Orca. The Borealis is more of a light and nimble throw. -Steve

As the creator of 5A how do you feel about the evolution of that style? Are you impressed with what's being done with it? Has it turned into what you had hoped it to?
I'm really impressed with the evolution of 5A, and humbled by the amount of work that players have put in to it. The tricks now are beyond anything I could have imagined...hell, even a bad 5A routine now is better than anything I can do ha ha! -Steve

Steve, I need to know what do you prefer blizzard or igloo? I like the shape of the igloo but I like the Stainless steel on the outer rim like the blizzard. do you think most colorways on the igloo will still be available may 15th?
I'm not sure...my Igloo hasn't arrived yet! But it's in transit and should be here hella soon.

Could you get color ways like rainbow trout and 1.21 gigawatts with the made in China throws?
Not sure. We're slowly but surely working on getting a wider range of color out of our anodizer in China, but it could take a while. -Steve

Backed up in emails and hard drives. I've had to recreate designs before from scratch that I lost and I never want to do that again! Lol -Chris
