Yep, eventually. His work schedule is pretty nuts though, so probably won't happen until after the Kayak release. -Steve

Did you guys retire the chief? Haven't seen a run for quite a while
We just ran it in October, and lost half the run to bad anodizing. Focusing on other models right now. -Steve
I think it is a shame thatthe blizzard was not released in the blizzard colorway
We're still working on getting our new anodizer up to speed on our older colorways. It'll happen eventually! They just sorted out 28 Stories, Ash Berry, and Black Bip Bop for us. :) -Steve

So excited for the kayak. Can you describe it's play a bit?
Floaty, fast, and fun. It's one of those return tops you can just huck around for hours and never get tired of it. Lends itself well to Yuuki's style of play, moving the return top around a lot and pushing it into mounts versus doing the work with the string instead. -Steve

Chris put the Kayak together fairly quickly. It was originally going to be released just as a regular CLYW release, not a signature model. But once Chris got the protos in his hands he realized that it was EXACTLY the type of return top that Yuuki likes and it matched his play style perfectly. So he sent protos to Yuuki and he was all about it, so we gave it to him! Signature models are all about a players style, but there are multiple ways to get there. -Steve

I see the double rim design is back for the kayak. Is it a replacement for the chief in your lineup?
Not really a "replacement", although we've been talking about the Chief lately and trying to decide what to do with it. The Kayak wasn't intended to replace it...Chris just really wanted to put those double rims on something again. -Steve
