Not to my knowledge, but then again we're pretty cautious and hesitant about adding new people to the team. Doesn't mean we wouldn't, just that they would have to be a good fit, however they came to us. -Steve

Are you guys every going to do an solid aqua color return top?

I love that color, personally. So maybe I'll be able to slide it into a run. -Steve

hey steve, i love the finish you guys use on your yoyos. but over time the smoove surface of the yoyo wears off and become less "grind friendly". is there a way to return the return top it to its former glory?

Not that I'm aware of...it's a matte finish, so basically you are playing that return top so much that you are basically polishing it smooth. You should be commended! -Steve

What plans do you guys have for the future and what return tops are getting a new run right now?

Lots of plans for the future. First on the list is building a pneumatic tube system that would allow Chris and I to commute back and forth to each other's houses for work purposes, quickly and cheaply. I mean, sure, we could just FaceTime with each other but why do that when you can spend a few hours locked in a metal canister, shooting along a completely unregulated tube system in the blind hope that you'll arrive alive, amirite?

Crazy idea a wooden unresponsive!

That pretty much takes all the fun and functionality out of a wooden return top. The whole point of playing fixie is to play responsive and force yourself to do a completely different style of tricks! -Steve

I know you guys are creating metals and they are sooo great! But I love simple throws, and was wondering if you've created any fixes if you haven't or even have is there plan to create some in the future?

It's something that I would personally like to do, but I don't have any ideas at the moment on what we could contribute in that area. If we're gonna do it, it's gotta be pretty sweet ya know? -Steve

Really I love the new Gnarwhal2, but where can I purchase it from Europe now that YYZ is down. Sure you are thinking something, BTW. the Scout sounds as a piece of heaven, but here the customs... I prefer order from an european shop sincerely, so no taxes... Take care -Simone from Italy, thanks

How would you compare the Sasquatch and Avalanche?

The Avalanche was meant to be a "refined" version of the Sasquatch, although they really are two very different feeling return tops. The Avalanche has more evenly distributed weight, while the Sasquatch's weight is pushed much further towards the rims. Sasquatch definitely spins longer, although of the two I prefer the Avalanche for 5A and the Sasquatch for 1A. -Steve

I know you get these all the time, but what's the word on the Yetis? I know you were initially hoping for a January release, but I realize they've been pretty tough to get all assembled and tested

I'm starting a yoyo team known as conqur (abriveated as cnqr) our goal is to make videos on YouTube and share elements while having fun. Anything I should know? Also will age effect it at all?

Is the Gnarwhal 2 bearing 8 ball or 10 ball or ctx?

I believe they are flat 10-ball. We have not yet made the full production switch back to centering bearings, although the Scout did come with CTX. -Steve
