Why do people gravitate towards electronic or "dubstep" type music for freestyles? Do other genres not work well or score well? Is it because the no use of offensive language or vulgar sounds rule which can exclude metal and rap? Technically anything can be offensive to anyone no?

People tend to freestyle to what they listen to. Seems like a lot of people were listening to dubstep. -Steve

With all this demand for the Big Dipper will there be enough to go around? If everything goes to plan how many restocks of it do you plan for this year? Will it be the same colors or will this be the only run with these 3? What's the schedule for clyw releases of this year? Post it on the site?

Don't worry, there will be plenty to go around. Pre-orders from retailers have only accounted for about 1/5th the run so far. That said, we expect retailers will likely sell out of them pretty quickly and order more...but that's fine, because we have plenty more.
As for CLYW releases, here is what we are looking at right now. If there isn't a specific date listed, then it's definitely subject to change:
Borealis / Big Dipper (Feb. 18)
Blizzard (Feb. 25)
Orca (March)
Igloo / Yeti (April / May)
We have plenty more in the works, but that's all I have a specific timeframe for right now. -Steve

Have you or Chris considered doing vlogs or podcasts? I know Earnest does it but I think he needs to spice it up a bit personally. I really like the direction he's going with it but it needs to be more engaging. How about you guys join the fun?

Our inspiration was Maider & Kurti both saying "We could really use a bi-metal to make it easier for us to get through all these burly tricks we're creating" and then Chris saying "Yeah, let's do that". ;) -Steve

Would the 2011 Ir Pads work on the newer CLYW return tops such as the Borealis and the newer releases of older models such as the solid coloured Chiefs that were released last year? Thanks in advance.

What do you think about the Rainbow Trout hype? Did you expect that when you first saw the color? What was the idea for that colorway? :)

Had NO idea it was gonna blow up like that. When we saw the color we were stoked, but definitely not ready for the fan response! We'll be ordering more with the next run from that anodizer, promise. -Steve
