What makes Zachs new signature yoyo so expensive to make?

It's a more complicated design than usual for us, plus our machine shop gave us a general price increase. It's pretty normal in manufacturing for suppliers to upgrade machinery or move locations or change processes or any number of other things that can improve their service, but those things generally come with an increase in price. -Steve

Steve why are you changing what Charles and jensen created. They created art not just a yoyo brand they made it awesome they helped Chirs so much and what are you doing to it?

Charles and Jensen didn't create this company. It existed before them, and it has continued to do well without them.
Chris Mikulin created this company, and he's the one who is responsible for every single major creative decision. Nothing happens without Chris wanting it to happen, from box art to anodizers to return top colors to stickers and buttons, everything is the way it is because that's the way Chris wants it. Quite literally, I just work here.
Not sure what your beef is with me, but my job is just to make it easier for Chris to do whatever he wants with CLYW. I give advice, I make suggestions, but it's Chris' company and the final decision on everything is his, and always has been. You're giving Charles and Jensen entirely too much credit, and I think you're greatly overestimating what my job is here. -Steve

Why are the new runs all from the differenemt anodizer. Clyw isn't the same wirh these new colours

We are currently using three different anodizers. This release was all done by the same anodizer, which means they were also assembled, tested, and ready to ship at the same time. Since we were trying to get return tops out in time for Worlds, made sense to release these together as well. Lots of people really like the new colors, including our team, so we're pretty happy with them. -Steve

All of the Orca/Scout/Bonfire release is going to retailers. -Steve

How were the Blue Thistle sales in your opinion & will we see it again? Blue & Brown hasn't always seemed very popular as a colourway but personally it's one of my favourite.

They sold just fine. People didn't go nuts for them, but they did fine. Red seems to be a harder sell than blue/brown. -Steve
