When will the next run of the Yeti's be and what will the price? Also I might pick one up and I might also pick up a Gnarwal 2, Puffin 2 or Bonfire at YoyoExpert

Hopefully in January, price has not yet been set. Trying to keep it cheap, we promise! -Steve

Have you ever noticed that say a 10 year old kid that been throwing for a year doesnt make as exciting or impressive combos as say a 16 year old kid who's been yoyoing for a year as well? This thing doesn't apply to people like Harrison lee but it might just be genetics or something.

You could also make the generalization that most return top players of any age don't make exciting or impressive combos. I think focusing on the negativity (these players aren't as good) isn't nearly as interesting or useful as if you had sent me a video of someone largely unknown doing something amazing. Maybe focus your energies elsewhere...there is a ton of amazing stuff in this world, and if you waste your time looking for the mediocre you'll only end up finding it. -Steve

Your answers seems to suggest that there will be solids of different models coming up together in January - Sasquatch, Avalanche, Puffin 2.. What else? Are they all coming together in one release?

Not exactly.
What we're going to do is start splitting up our runs to avoid overloading our anodizer. So let's say we make 200 Puffin 2s....we'll send 100 to one anodizer for just solid colors, and 100 to our main anodizer for our fancy schmancy extra-Canadian colorways. The solids will get done a lot faster, so those will likely be in our hands and be ready to assemble and ship anywhere from 2 - 4 weeks earlier than the rest. So instead of hanging on to them and releasing 200 Puffin 2s all at once in both solids and fancy colors, we'll release 100 solid Puffin 2s first, and then a few weeks later release the fancy ones. We're going to start doing this for most of our releases....partly to get a slightly less expensive option in the hands of our fans, partly to spread things out a little more for our retailers, and partly to keep from choking up our supply chain.
Hope that makes sense, I hope you've enjoyed this wee slice of "How the sausage gets made" ha ha. -Steve

Will Harrison's signature return top anything similar to Chief/ Bonfire/ Advanced Scout?

It's a totally new design for us! Expect pics and specs after Las Vegas Open, when Harrison will have his prototypes. -Steve

how do I know if my raw wm2 is a prototype? also were the prototypes different from the finished product?

No way to tell unfortunately. Would have to trace back where you got it and where it came from. With dates. - Chris

I love the cheif and the bonfire, will I love the advance scout? Also, what should you say the most floaty undersized yoyo you guys make is? Thanks you kindly

Yes you will! Undersize floaty? Hmmm prob the Peak or the first Puffin. Undersize and float are hard to do. - Chris

You guys should collaborate with 3yo3 and make an acryllic or delrin yeti.

We don't really know Landon very well. Would be neat though, - Chris

can you give us a picture of an upcoming throw or atleast the name of an upcomin throw as a christmas presant plz b0ss

Not until we have prototypes approved for production :) - Chris

I haven't showered in a couple days and I smell. So how would you compare the avalanche to the Sasquatch since the Ava was based off the Sasquatch?

New Sasquatch is more stable. Avalanche is a bit quicker and has a wider catch zone because of the angled rims. The newer Sasquatch though is butter. I made some pretty subtle modifications to it. So they are quite similar. Avalanche is just a bit lighter and quicker.

So this question is pretty detailed/intense so feel free to take your time with it... But I'd love to see a post by Chris of your favorite tricks/favorite videos of each of the members of the team... In a sense kinda like the "this is something I can point to why person x is on the team"

Good idea!!! I want to do more blogging next year. - Chris
