Can you explain to us how your hair is so flowy and magical? It is one of the great mysteries of science that no one can explain

I just wash them everytime I go somewhere and I let them dry naturally...

What makes clyw different and better than all the rest of the companies?

I feel like they really care about the team and they listen to them as well.
Clyw is also really supportive,chris is really caring not just about my yoyo carier but also about my personal life...
Also the team is great group of people!
Also all the designs are really original and has that clyw feel to them.
Clyw is overall just really special for me. It has kind a personality.

Not really. I play kendama sometimes but I guess thats not a sport :D
Never been too good in sports but I enjoy socer with friends from time to time.

I have to say, that trick in Heart of the Scout when go drop out of a tether/gyro flop into a triangle... It's always amazing to watch that. I'd love a tutorial on that trick someday. You have a great style that always makes me smile.

Petr, which bearing do you prefer: CTX or DS bearing?

I prefer CTX over DS but I also Prefer gold/platinium DS over CTX...but for the price CTX is extremly good!

When people said they wanted cheaper return tops from you guys, and you said that you where making return tops in China, they where expecting budget metals, not the same price...

So far all we have made in China is a plastic return top ($10 cheaper than the one we made in Canada) and bi-metals (no machine shop in Canada/North America has given us any indication they can make these for us at all, at any price).
We're doing the best we can, but it seems like some people expect CLYW quality at Duncan prices and that's just not gonna happen. Quality comes first, and then we figure out fair pricing. The geography of our manufacturing is only relevant to shipping costs. -Steve

Can you tell me what color string came with my orca "Joe Vs Return top" yoyo? I know they all come with kitty string fat string, but the color seems sort of a yellow-gold which I can't seem to find anywhere.

It's "gold" color. I think they might have made it special for us. :) -Steve

You guys are a Canadian company, yet you are largely based in the USA. You even sell your products in US $ why is this? I would love to see you go back to your Canadian roots. Especially since your return tops are top of the line.

We use USD on our website because when you sell 10 return tops to Canada and 100 to the US, it gets super tiring having to keep explaining the exchange rate to people. -Steve

Why aren't the throws you are making in China cheaper? Why make it in China then? People buy your products because they are Canadian not chinese

We've only made two return tops in China so far, and they're both significantly cheaper than we could make them in Canada or the US. -Steve
