I think if you're gonna make a budget metal,(do it)you better make it in China. Because, with the amount of popularity and traction you guys have (based off some guessing from that popularity graph you put up), you will get so much demand that there is no other way you can meet that other than China

I really want to buy a Chief when they are released but I live in Europe. When do you guys think it'd be a good time to email the stores you ship to, to ask if they'll be ordering any? Should I wait til you guys announce a release date? I don't want to be emailing them constantly, that's annoying

Best bet is to wait until they are announced and THEN contact your favorite stores. -Steve

I have a Bonfire right now, my main unresponsive yoyo. I've been wanting a Chief, but the production Scout caught my eye. What is the biggest difference between them? Do they play similar? thanks

If you like the Bonfire, you're gonna love the Scout. It's like a Bonfire+. -Steve

Thanks! It's my own fault...I tried to me more forthcoming with info and it just blew up in my face ha ha. It happens! And I hate saying "no" but sometimes I have to just back away, so I wanted to at least explain why so people didn't think I was just blowing them off. -Steve

I do not get why people are obsessed with fools gold throws. Why wouldn't you just get perfect version of the throw and the best product a company could offer. It's crazy to think people would want a flawed throw in my opinion...

I get the appeal. I personally destroy my gear, so buying perfect is kind of a waste on me. -Steve

May I suggest splitting those FG drops into one drop per month? Just like one drop in may and then the next one in june? Would be awesome, this would allow me to snag one each drop, besides from having to worry about the upcoming AC2 and BBB drops... ;') Spend aaaall the money for CLYW!!

Here is the definitive word on Fools Gold:
They will drop when and where it is convenient for us. Each one we sell is a lovely commodity for our fans but it's also a loss for us. Between the cost to machine, anodize, engrave, assemble, test, reject, engrave again, and then sell online, we aren't making any money on these. So when I have to spend half my day answering questions about them, it only puts us further in the hole. :(
We're dropping some at BAC. Most of them will be available online before BAC. We'll give everyone a heads up before it happens, but that's pretty much the end of it. Sorry if that sounds snippy, I really wasn't expecting 40+ questions here about them, plus emails, FB messages, DMs on Twitter and Instagram, etc. so it kinda wrecked my day.
We love being able to offer these to our fans, but I really have to put the brakes on how much time I can spend dealing with them since they are literally just a break-even deal, at best. Sorry. -Steve

Just a thought. Do you think peoples style when they throw is affected by the clothes they like to wear? Like Zach has a looser kind of style I think. Is that because he likes baggy clothes more?(just going off of what I see him wear in pics and stuff I have no idea what he likes to wear)

I think people's clothes are more likely to a reflection of their personal style, which is also reflected in their play. -Steve

Ok, I want to grab one of the remaining advance scouts,but also want some fgs. So, I know you don't like giving exact dates before you're ready, but i don't get paid again till may 5th, if I pick up an advance scout now am I gonna end up screwing myself out of fgs?

Steve, I really like my puffin 2. As my second return top from you guys, should I get a chief or a wm2 in the upcoming fool's gold drop? I love Jensen and the wm2 is discontinued but I have tried the chief and it's awesome! And like the flagship CLYW model.

Go for the Chief. Every CLYW fan should have a Chief. -Steve
