I've always wondered, let's say someone buys a clyw and throws it and decides he or she in unhappy with it and they return it. Does clyw put that return top back on the market when you get it back or no because it is technically "used".

Here's an interesting question. Let's use the Yeti as an example. When you decided the Yeti was flawed, did you know off the bat, what the problem was? Whether it was the material, shape or weight dist.? Or do you think "this can be better" and play around with new designs until you find one better?
