Do you feel that the very first run of your return tops is the most "rare", "special" and "sought after" one? I'd really want to get a Blizzard as soon as it releases, but my budget BARELY allows it this coming month. I'm just scared that I miss out on it. :(

We really strive for consistency in quality from one run to the next, and this factory we are working with is doing a great job. I wouldn't sweat it...the second run will be equally fantastic. :) -Steve

Will there be more Big Dippers or have I missed my chance? SLUSNY doesn't even have them anymore. :'-(

Plenty more coming! We're testing & packing more now so every store can re-stock. :) -Steve

Kurti's PNWR routine was freaking insane. Dat man bun and Igloo just killed the game.

I can't wait to see it! -Steve

Is the big dipper good for slack and how long do u think it spins

Mostly is the string that you need to worry about for slack tricks...the return top is the least of that equation. It spins plenty long for most anything you'll need to do...mostly depends on your throw and what tricks you are doing, though. -Steve

Does Yuuki Spencer use full length of the string or it's kitty long ? And the same question for Zach ..

Full length Fat Kitty. -Steve

Just a question about FG CLYW Return tops, they are called FG because of ano defect and having a slight vibe. I was just wondering if it's still possible to tune out the vibe and make it butter smooth or close to it?

Probably not. You might get lucky, but we try to tune them ourselves, and whatever we can't tune is what ends up being Fool's Gold. -Steve

Hey! Do you guys know what Charles and Jensen are up to? Their social media game is pretty quiet at the moment and I was wondering if perhaps you guys knew what they were doing since leaving CLYW almost a year ago.

No idea! You'll have to track them down and ask them. -Steve

For a takeshi dice n Big Dipper ques below. U have to put the string through the hole in the little bead. Then put the string straight through the CW and the bead should be in the hole where the bearing is showing. Search google images just with the dice name. The pics r helpful. Hope this helps.

but you'll be pricing your throws in CAD at Canada nats right? I'm asking what you'll charge in CAD at Canadian national

Ah, sorry, I misunderstood. I have no idea what we will be pricing everything at Canada Nats, because I'm still not sure what I'm bringing to Canada Nats. Sorry. But yes, we'll be selling in CAD at the contest. -Steve

Steve, do you prefer to lube your bearings or do you run them dry?

I use my bearings stock. However they show up, that's how I use them. If they crunch out, I replace them. -Steve

How do fast players prevent snags in the middle of their speed combos. How do you prevent snags in general where it grabs the string but doesn't bind and slows the spin time a lot?

Practice. -Steve

What's that clear plastic throw I keep seeing here and there in pics?

No idea. Show me a pic and I'll try to help. -Steve

Why was the bbb borealis more expensive? Demand or more labor intensive or ??

Black Bip Bop is always more expensive because it's the rarest colorway we make. They are only made once per model, and we only order 10 pieces or so. -Steve

How do you go about using songs in Youtube videos? Some people say you can only use 30 seconds of a song and others say you can't use it or you'll get a strike. I'm confused and does this only apply if you're making money off it? I get that a song could be copyrighted but how does one do it?

Your best bet is to use music that is copyright free, and specifically created to be used by video creators. Here are a couple of great sources for that:
