I'm so sad That my first CLYW experience was a flawed AC2. :-(
I'm really sad about that too. We try our absolute best to make sure that every player's CLYW is fantastic. I'm even more sad that you've chosen to bring it up anonymously on our Ask.fm page, since that also guarantees that we can't do anything at all to help make up for this. If you've already contacted the retailer you bought it from, then great! They should be able to help you. If they haven't been able to help you, please contact thelodge@clyw.ca. Posting about it here just makes everyone unhappy, because it's not solving your problem and it's not giving us the opportunity to make it better. :(Ask.fm is a great place to ask questions about products and the brand and our team, but it's not our customer service hotline. This platform just doesn't work for that! Please get ahold of us through proper channels if there is a problem and we'll take care of you! Promise! :)
may be a strange question, but do you think there is something to be said about the fashion of the return top community?
If I were a connoisseur of fashion I'm sure there would be lots to say. Unfortunately my expertise is limited. Perhaps that is something to be said, we should all step our game up!

Well thank you for the kind words! I think that 'feel' is just a reflection of what we love and would like to see ourselves. As far as how to get it, it just takes a lot of care and hard work to realize ideas.
