what games are you airing this football season?
I will be limited this year to schools with room in the press box to accomodate our equipment. piper, Bonner, basehor, Washington most likely. the others we may take too much room. I don't have a schedule yet although Lansing vs Piper week 1 may be one.
Is the baseball all star game gonna be on tv?
I hear nick Wilson is playing in one. not sure if it is ok tv.
Heard piper only lost to basehor by 4 in basketball tournament per the past weekend, thought Basehor would blow everyone out this year with the league being down
I am not sure what this means. The very best teams actually lose games sometimes except for Lansing. This is like saying we "kind of " lost. I don't remember saying Basehor was going to smash everyone just that they will be the favorite next year.

Lansing Girls highest placement out of any KVL school at state, whether it be 4A or 5A

What were the top performances at the state track meet this weekend by kvl schools?
Wall of fame is the obvious and I wasn't there. I saw Sierra Smith of Basehor made a nice jump from last year. Piper boys 4*100 got a runner up. I was surprised not to see Turners Adams.
What's the worst thing you have ever done?
FIFTH!!!
Especially after losing D1 pitcher Jon Roblez

Did you see Ward going all of the way at the beginning of the spring season?
I honestly didn't know. I do think that tough schedule prepared them well for that tourney. they dominated.

Yes I am an IT Manager at Sprint.

Peterson. Sherman is a zone guy. I want lock down.
Who are some of your favorite quarterbacks in the nfl? Would you rather have a passing quarterback who can move a little or a running quarterback who isn't a great thrower?
I like a little of both. Elway gave you the very best of both of those world's. I hated the guy as a Chiefs fan but he was damn good. I would take Brady, Manning Bress before one of the runner. get a running back if you want to run. no offense to them o enjoy watching.
What do you think about Piper coaches not showing up to represent players at the KVL baseball meeting?
Its not good because even if you can't make it you should send a delegate for your players. It is what it is how they choose to do it but I think the coaches should allow a third party like myself or others in other sports to make the list of players to vote on and then you can't pick your own players. We saw it plain as day in the KCAL football meetings. Coaches come in with the attitude to getting as many of my players on the candidate list as possible vs trying to find the best players at each position. Sometimes the lists are right and I will be honest I can't speak to the baseball team.
How much have you looked into Bonner football?
They lost 90%+ of their offense, one of the most dominant defenders we have seen in recent years. You have Freeze, Byers, Pukes, Terrel but again like Tongie it is just a lot of production to replace.
Favorite football team for next year?
Overall we are taking a major step back in the KVL especially with Mill Valley going independent. Lansing has some pieces on offense that I like which is why we may broadcast that first Piper vs Lansing game. Can Piper find a QB that can produce. Can someone fill Ortiz's shoes at left tackle. A lot of tough questions for Piper in key spots but they have a lot returning in other areas. Bonner and Tongie is a rebuild. Allow me to back up the truck of pressure and place it on Washington. Some big transfers and returners. They need to make the playoffs.
