McPherson seems to be a decent player, until the team needs him, then he becomes absolutely clutch! Or is that just against the Pirates?

McPherson is very close to breaking into that second level. The game will slow down for him over the summer and into next season. He is clutch but like we discussed yesterday has something's to improve.

really proud of the basehor boys and girls teams the boys had to beat 2 teams 3 times in the same year on back to back nights, quite an accomplishment

Who's game do you think will affect Schlagle over these next couple of years ?

We will find out if all the playing time the freshman and sophomores got this year will pay off. Brooks needs to become a man if they are going to find success.

Did u like the court storming by Basehor?

Basrhor had a great crowd. Its a hike but hopefully they get a good crowd in Salina.

Was the camera by the Basehor student section shukc?

no. I was playing amatuer photographer. A bad one at that.

What are your thoughts on ward and sumner playing eachother for the fIrst game of the season for football this coming up season

Henley and Barnhart against Cobbins and hopefully a host of new faces at Summer. sounds fun!

Do you think Garver from Basehor girls goes overlooked? She did not score a single point against basehor's big win over Atchison but had 16 assists and 12 to Smith for her 33 point game. And she never came out once. Big game with no notice.

The price of stats not being posted. no one sees it. I think Garver plays real hard and is very tough. I will never understand why stats aren't posted especially at this level.

What did you think about pipers student section?

They cheered and made some noise on free throws. if you had three chants I never heard them. I am mystified by just three. we live in a democracy. student body president should get you five more.

You think Adams could be an Allstate TE or DE ?

I don't know about that. We will see if he shows out at the combine this spring.

What'd you think of the basehor student section? Especially before the game.

I didn't quite understand what was going on. It was Noah this time instead of Moses. I guess that ie what the group of twos was about. crowd was great but that was a little confusing.

Watch out for Eskina these next few years. He's a game changer.

Only got one year left. I am a fan of his.

What do you think of Basehors girls coach on trying to stall the whole game? It obviously didn't work out in the end.

It worked in the game Piper lost to Bonner. props to him for trying something different. two clean looks from his best player to tie. he did a great job.

What level do you think Tongie's Jack Dale will play in college?

Its early. I met his dad last year and can't remember how tall he was. kid has a good frame. he will get looks.

http://www.shukc.com/2014/02/2014-shukc-scholarship-award.html I don't have an app. Like most everything I have done with SHUKC this is an idea I have had for a while and have chosen to implement this year along with my wife. We will use some trusted people to review the write ups to make sure the process is as fair as it can be. I will formalize this as the years go by and hopefully the award grows year by year.

There's something in the making. We'll see how that goes, but basehor has the better student section.

They are very good. A more tolerant administration helps.

As improbable as that sounds it is possible. I don't doubt that Basehor can win. I was asked for my pick and I guess I could be wrong once or twice.

What did you think of Lansings performance with a blow out win last night

No disrespect to Mill Valley but it was expected. Lansing is a gross mismatch for MV. Lansing is also on a mission.

Piper wins this game going away. Can't beat the same team 3 times in one year. Younger will only score 4 #boldpredictions

Neither team in eight quarters and two overtime periods had a double digit lead. yes that is pretty bold. Younger with just four is silly talk.
