Parker, Schneider, Colin Murphy, Ryan Murphy then I get very confused. King and Roark come to mind so I would make them flip a coin.

Leggett, Scales, Brown, Wayne, Jackson, Roark. I need to narrow it down but where my head is right now. Getting to state would help any of their cases.

Who can stop Theo Bass in the substate? He is a threat whenever he has the ball. He might get some crap because his overall stat line aside from buckets, but he can dominate a game.
The refs. Theo's job is to defend and get buckets. The only thing that has stopped him this year from doing that is fouls.
Who is the most improved big in both leagues this year?
Trevor Young of Lansing and Markeise Hall of Wyandotte. Carson Fliger late this year is making a case but would say he is blooming very late but at a great time for Basehor.

That is good question. Gill looks a lot better. Rawls as well out at Atchison. Todd Kennedy at Wyandotte.

If we are going to make a big deal about how many times Basehor has beaten Piper, then let's make a big deal about how they continue to be able to do so, with players from other districts. Yes, it gets old, but isn't it a little hypocritical to mention one and not the other?
This conversation certainly wont die. 18 games spans a lot of years. I am a kstate fan and understand. Ku fans know this in football. Sometimes a team is just better. Piper just needs to figure it out.

The comment about basehor girls losing to piper by a little at piper is true but how about the most recent game when piper smacked them at basehor? Piper has also gotten better

Substate from hell. Missed opportunity last year. It will be a tough road for Bonner to get to state this year.
Grant it, Basehor Girls record isnt the best, but they came really close to piper at their homecourt and got better as the season went on. They lost to mill valley on Friday by 11. You don't say they are even a bit of a threat to piper on Friday?

Piper and Sumner should be in the final. It will be a good game.

Track season is approaching, I've heard Freshman Tai'Auani Jackson from Sumner Academy is certainly something worth seeing. Will you be looking out for her this season?
