What players from schlagle do you predict will make your shukc teams? ( offense and defense)

I can't give that away yet. LOL!

Schlagle seems to have a pretty solid running back. Is he a sophomore or freshman? Seems to have a bright future ahead of him

I am real excited about Neil Ruff who is a sophomore. He will get to grow with his offensive line as well. If he stays healthy he will have a shot to be one of the all time best at Schlagle.

I still don't think we saw the real lansing football team last night. That was probably the worst game they played all season but they came out with a W. I think they haven't played to their full potential yet and are team to watch out for. Do you agree?

I would have to see how they hold up next week against Leavenworth as a gauge. I am guessing but if they are playing Bonner or Mill Valley in the first round of the playoffs they won't be favored.

Any next level athletes at schlagle?

Greg Sloan, Rodney McNeal and Wheeler can play at the next level. I would guess McNeal and Wheeler will get JUCO offers. McNeal is a tad under sized for linebacker so it is he would quick enough to play safety but I think very highly of him. Sloan we will have to see. Physically he has plenty of size and he is always around the ball. Next level isn't just about what you do on the field. What I never know is how they are doing in the classroom.

Why did schlagle lose to Lansing?

I actually showed up after my little league game to watch the 3rd quarter. Schlagle just couldn't get it going it appears. They had the TD pass that would have gotten them right back in the game called back because of a penalty. Even in that spot they were 1st and 20 after a hold on the previous play. They were playing their best receiver at QB due to injury. Wheeler looks good at QB btw. He gets great depth on his drop. Lansing was just able to be physical and beat them up front as well. I don't think Schlagle played poorly. They gave up 21 but a lot of that is off turnovers deep in their own territory. Schlagle is not equipped to play from behind the chains. It eliminates their best offensive weapon in Neil Ruff who unfortunately has been quiet these last two weeks.

How bad will Washington lose tonight to Leavenworth?

I think Washington will be able to move the ball a little better than Schlagle was against Leavenworth. Leavenworth didn't strike me as world beaters but they do have a lot of experience and some talented play makers. I am not sure the status of Washington injury wise but they are athletic enough to compete.

Any next level athletes at Washington?

Harrison and Williams will play somewhere. I am not sure what level but they have potential.

I haven't seen them play, but I heard Ward soccer is where its at.

Well that makes two of us that haven't seen them play. I haven't been able to make any soccer matches.

Do you think Hect Jegan and Koch and go play D1?

Jegen will have to get faster to separate to that point. He has everything else. Koch is tough because of his size. Hecht we will see. I need to watch him close.

Who has next level potential for mill valley football?

Applegate, Hecht, Jegen, Koch. I think the RB 18. Isaiah Young I believe has the frame and speed. I would need to watch some of the other defenders. Mill Valley is developing some talent.

The KVL is just better than the KCAL right now in every sport. Not talking trash, facts to prove it.

Right now and probably for the forseeable future in football. Basketball would be competitive. This year.

KCAL all 5a and 6a. The KVL has less people to choose from and is still better than them.

Misinformed statement. The KCAL schools are 5a and 6a but would argue they pull from a target population of less than a lower 4a school. Educate yourself.

who is the best overall team in basketball out of the KCAL and KVL based on history and prior state championships and players to come out of that school?

Wyandotte. History is rather long.

Sumner academy would be better if athletes valued education more. A lot of the good players from around the KCAL and other leagues went to sumner either 8th grade or freshmen year but got kicked out because of poor grades.

Ok.
