Singleton and Gill so far are two best i have seen.
The rivalry between Turner & Ward is ridiculous. Ward needs to take a loss & keep working on progress. They're acting surprised that they haven't lost to Turner before. Shoutouts to Cole Henley from Ward though!
Ward has a lot of rivalries. Some I dont get outside of baseball where they will get some revenge i am sure.

It takes a hell of a lot more than 4 or 5 players to win at football. I said before the biggest loss for Ward was Wooten. Keeping a line together with 300 students is not easy.

Receivers may not put up high numbers in the KCAL this year. Jeffrice Wilson and Antonio Moore. Saw Hards caught a TD pass as well. Could be who can be most effective blocking.

I havent seen everyone there. Lines are always tough. Pahls has grown up on me the last few years. He along with Richards. Boston Henry was doing some nice things for Basehor. Their tackles also do a good job eating blockers. Turner had a player that got through Washingtons line. Will need to check his name. I dont naturally watch the defensive line unless there is pressure.

Piper in the opener was very good. It does make a difference.
Piper shut out Baldwin and has given up less points than Basehor. Basehor has given up 17 and Piper 13. So numberwise they are better than basehor.
I was going off the common opponent of Lansing who I know a bit more about. You have a point. I think shutting out Lansing carried more weight with me. Both defenses are doing well.
Barnhart works harder than anyone else? That's an a full bold statement. I trust that he works hard, but you can't possibly know how hard every kid on 14 different programs is working at any time. Just admit you know him better than most kids you've never witnessed in person before.
He is a hard worker and no I honestly dont interact with Brian all that much. You dont have to take it literally but since you did i will restate. I have witnessed Brian work hard and while he isnt the most physically gifted he still finds a way to work hard and make plays.

Is Barnhart a top 5 player in the KVL?
No. He is however a two time All shukc defender because he works harder than everyone else. Effort beats talent when talent doesnt work as hard.
What do you think is wrong with Harmons football program?
I have not been bashful about discussing this subject. They have perhaps the largest enrollment in the KCAL only rivaled by Wyandotte which is also 6A. 84% of their enrollment are Hispanics and right now football plays second to soccer. Their soccer team has been very good and made a run in the playoffs a few years back. But if a majority of your enrollment doesn't care to play football then you are not going to field a competitive team. Basketball is doable because you don't need 20 athletes to be good at one time. Unless there is a huge recruiting effort focused promoting football to the hispanic community then Harmon will always be disadvantaged in regards to football.

Baldwin fan here..Piper will be tough to beat in the tournament. Team speed is fantastic. QB looks to be playing really well especially for size. Pahls contained the edges all night and had 10+ tackles. He is nice complement to Beebe who is a stud.
Bishop Miege is the class of the east. Piper would be a great matchup. They do have a lot of pieces on defense.
What can we take basehor seriously?
Well if we really want to nit pick it is very possible Baldwin is down this year without Berg and Brown running the ball. lansing hasnt looked good. bonner presents a good test for them the way they have scored. You play Bonner Turner and Piper. 2 out of 3 there and you can really get excited.
