Can Brull overcome his inexperience to lead the Ward offense, or should Barnhart return to the QB slot with a QB right, QB left offensive approach?
I understand what coach is trying to do with Brull. Barnhart is probably the best runner on the team and you can be more creative getting him the ball on move if he isn't at qb. I wouldn't panic yet. I will watch the game this week and see how they tried to use them.

Tucker is maybe the 5th best person on ward, a decent team , not that good what makes you think he is so good when he doesn't even put up good stats.
He statistically last year was the best receiver on the team and provide many of the few big plays for ward last year. So whether you think he is the 5th or 20th best player on the team he was productive last year and provided some of the few yards gained during the game Friday. Would he start or play on other teams on the city? Ehh I could think of a few teams that would like a receiver with big play potential. What'd you think of Bonner LB Preston Pyles on Friday?
We called his name a few times on Friday night. He showed good quickness and if I remember right got a sack. He will be free to make some plays this year so hopefully he takes advantage of the opportunity.
who is the best person on bonners offensive line?
Les Wessel is the most experienced. We will see who ends up being the best. Keep running like that and post season recognition is coming for some on that line.
I watched Tucker this summer and he seems to be a good kid, runs decent routes, and makes tough catches. I don't think Odogg really overhype's anyone (except Tongy--LOL) or ever said he was D1 bound, just that he's a quality player for his team.

He is a player of note for ward. Hyping him would be saying he is the best in the area. I don't ask the questions here I answer them.

I would guess it is one person vs the whole team.
Will the run gamer passing game work better for atchison in week 2?
Lansing passed the ball well against Tonganoxie. I think it will serve both teams well though to try and run the ball and control the clock. Atchison though has big play potential. 73 yard and 50+ yard plays for TD by Atchison. I now know who Bennie Smith is.

Not yet. I am avoiding that because it sounded painful to watch that last play. I was real excited when I heard they were up a point late. I really wanted to see Piper get that W and get that monkey off their back.
Why do you dislike atchison so much?!
Dislike is a strong word. It is not a matter of dislike that I pick against them in a game coming up against a very good team. I have worked with a number of the players and really enjoyed them. My opinion though will always be totally objective.

Tongie atchison? Who wins?
I am watching the Atchison game now. I am not seeing anything that would make me pick Atchison. Atchison struggled against the run and I can guarantee Pleasant Hill isn't better than Tongie and they had some success on the ground. this will be a game about field position. I anticipate another good game between these two but I like Tongie.
How do you think bonner sophomore tristan foster will be after comeback?
I haven't been able to see Foster before. We will take a look when he is back.
What do you think about the bonner springs defensive backs?
Pretty conservative approach by the DB's playing off the receivers. Sirr Green caught 11 passes running the same route over and over. Bonner started blitzing the LB's and playing some bump and run coverage. They will look good because of the amount of pressure they will get up front.
Who do you think will have a big game in the Lansing vs bonner game? On both teams
If Lansing doesn't figure out the run game then Mason, Knernshield and Jackson will all eat well. Abbott, Porter and Bailey would be who I think would have a big day for Lansing. Like I said on the radio this morning. We will get to see how a Defensive Tackle can control a football game with Kyle Dumler.
