Woah woah. Only reason bonner beat piper is because of the refs calling travon jones touchdown back with 2 minutes left in the fourth quarter. We can chill that one out. Bonner is done and over with.

KVL is so weak in football except Piper it showed last night in the playoffs. The same will be true in Basketball this year
I am not sure I agree completely. 5A football is damn competitive. Piper has it figured out. Again Basehor game is a complete throw away. Miege being 4A is damn ridiculous.
Basehor going 7-3 is a great year for them. Losing by 1 and losing by 50 both only count as one loss if I'm not mistaken. Most people at the beginning of the year thought they would be lucky to win 2 or 3 games

The question saying is defined from their 3 losses. They played 3 really good teams. A good 5a bonner team, a good piper team that has a lot of potential & then the phenomenon Miege. If I was Basehor, I would be pretty satisfied on the year. Beating Eudora & Baldwin should show something

You realize bonner was about an inch and a half away from tieing that game in the fourth last night. Honestly that was an amazing game towards the end, bonner will shake things up next year. We're so proud of them.
I am thrilled for Bonner and yes there are some big time pieces coming back next year. Props to Coach Aslin and his staff. Great season!

I was not able to make the game so I haven't watched or heard.
The freshman saadique perkins should dominate high school basketball this year. played for powergroup they put out players like mitchell ballock (ranked #21 espn 25) and michael porter (ranked #5 espn 25). he had a good showing at cp3 camp. 6'2/6'3 PG will lead sumner to a state championship.
I have heard a ton about Saadique and I am looking forward to see him play. Not sure who he plays with during the summer has anything to do with what we will see from him. Sure it makes him better but again we will have to see how he holds up. Trust me I would be thrilled to death to cover a big time hoop prospect but I need to see it. Lets start with that first win before we start hanging state championship banners.
The 3 losses Basehor had defined their season, getting blown out in all 3 games that they loss shows that not much progress has been made a 2a coach was not the right choice! If you know anything about football you could see this but you seem to be uneducated on most subjects
Well this is a great way to start off your morning. First year head coach with a sophomore starting for the first time at QB and you think the 3 losses define the season. I see a layer deeper because he completely over hauled the offense as well. The trouble here is your expectations are probably unrealistic because year one mine were not high for Basehor so there fore they over achieved. Even the very basic level of education would be able to see that. Some people are never satisfied.
Which country do you want to visit?
I am really thinking about England to watch the Chiefs next year.
I hope Basehor plays well and would love to see them keep it close. If they get destroyed like many think they will please keep in mind that Miege might be the best team in KS regardless of class size and Basehor still had a great season.
This game will not define their season. At least in my opinion.

What's key for basehor?
They have to figure out how to stop the QB and RB. Miege is undefeated for a reason and it is not because they played cup cakes.
