What would be the score of a Piper Vs. Miege game?

I am glad to see its not just a former player for Piper that Vernon didn't like, it's all of Piper. I agree, you should be respected for all you have done for this area, but why call out a school that has been your biggest supporter? Wasn't that your goal, to get KCK kids noticed on a bigger stage?
He was speaking to all 14 schools and spoke about a specific situation. He has also said he shouldn't have pointed to just one school. I really don't think he dislikes any school.

Bishop Miegeis the best high school football team in the state of Kansas. All classes. What they're about to do to the 4a bracket is illegal in most states.

To be real I don't understand how the seeding goes. Basehor or Tongie are likely opponents. I found out that if Piper does win next week and claims a high seed that they wouldn't face Miege until the 3rd game. Piper will be favored up to that game. I am hopeful to see it.
Who from Piper has a chance at making those teams?
I won't discuss SHUKC Team as I don't want to give anything away. I will say if Owens keeps current pace over the next few games he could warrant some POY discussion. Beebe obviously will be in consideration for a chance to 3 peat as defensive POY.

I have such a hard time with this one. I am a gross homer but Miege is a well constructed team. 1 they should not be 4A. 2 they get to recruit. I won't go much beyond that because there is a player I know on Miege who is contributing. I would pick Miege. Very similar situation to me as SMS a few years back being 6A.
Had Marvell been a QB his whole career he's be getting offers right now. Good athlete, tough, with a big arm.
Depends on who he would have been throwing to. I do wish a player of that size would start playing as a sophomore.
LV offense is pretty average but their D is solid. I think Washhouse may sneak out the upset if Williams and Harrison are healthy.
That didn't pan out just like I thought it would be close. Its sad but basketball season is coming up soon!
When will League teams and SHUKC team be announced?
I typically wait until after all of the school's we cover seasons are over. There are players who benefit from the extra playoff games. Our awards do lean heavily to the teams that win right, wrong or indifferent. Shortly after everyone is done I will find a date to order the trophies and get award nominees out there. Some nominees are seperating themselves now.

If schlagle had better recievers, would you play marvell at QB or receiver after the way he threw the ball last night?
I really think he looks good at QB. I just hate to keep seeing players like him and Carl Hecht in terms of size get started playing at such a late stage of their high school career. Wheeler is best served on that team though as a receiver/TE.
