Bonner might be good in a very down year for the KVL. The best teams in the league the last couple of years would have beat them by 20. They will lose in the first round of the playoffs, if they even make it.
Playoffs are not a given with Mill Valley and St James. I think they can beat Turner. Everyone thinks their teams were the best. Funny.

Eudora is not down a qb, #2 their starter played the entire game last night and was really the only threat to the bobcats. Basehor controlled the game and tempo all around. Crucial fumble with minutes to go gave Eudora their only score.

Eudora is down in football this year so not that impressive of a win by Basehor. The real question is how will Basehor handle Piper?
I wont diminish Basehors win. Eudora beat Bonner. They are minus their QB but that is a decent team. One game at a time.

All respect to Bonner. That was a very hard fought win. It was a very good game. Piper fought back but only held the lead at 3-0. Tyreese Bolton had a coming out party. Hate we called him French all night. We hyped up the Piper D but it was Bonners that made the plays tonight.

Koch is the best running QB in the KVL and possibly the entire KC area. Some folks don't understand that MV's schedule is arguably one of the toughest in the state and they are way better than their record. Byers from Bonner is a great running QB also but he might not have any holes against Piper.
It will really depend on the weather and if they can throw the deep ball. If freese gets doubled then he will have some holes. Just not gapping ones.
In your opinion is a mobile QB the same as a run first QB? I thought mobile QBs buy time with their legs to make a throw?
Mobile to me means moving around to get time to throw or run. The best in staying alive and passing is Abbott at Lansing. He is a magician in the pocket.
What do you think about Atchison's defense?
I think they will get a chance to prove themselves this week. I dont believe the Stallions are going to be as giving as Washington was. They however be just as physical. It Atchsions D can hold up then they will deserve some praise.
What are you thoughts on Dai Coye Haley
Starting on the DL for Atchison and made some plays when we saw them against Sumner. I really like his motor and he is strong. Dedicated in the weight room. He has it all in front of him and if he handles business in the weight and class room he will get some opportunities.
