How often do you listen to the radio? What is your favorite radio station?

Radio 4 is my favourite!
Each week I listen to The Week in Westminster, From Our Own Correspondent, The Food Programme and World This Weekend. I listen to the news as often as possible and lots of ad hoc programmes if I like the sound of them and I never fail to listen to The Archers.
I think Radio 4 totally vindicates the license fee for the BBC, which conservatives hate and want to sell to Rupert Murdoch so they can have a British Fox 'News' and American-style hate radio.
When, even though I'm left-wing myself, I wouldn't regard a shouting, left-wing show full of adverts (MSNBC, CNN etc) as being any better than a shouting, right-wing show full of adverts. I want intelligent speech radio which is what I have... For now.
I know this is a bit Anglo-centric but I do recommend the Archers to everyone as it's terrific!

Do you prefer a bath or shower?

Normally a shower as they are invigorating, but yesterday I was ill and had a bath and it was nice and relaxing, Normally I don't like relaxing so it's a shower 90% of the time.

I'm not at home but I have maps of the British Isles, Europe, and the world on my walls as I like geography and I like thinking about the places I'd like to go to.

kentucky fried chicken?

There has been a KFC half a mile from where I live since 1999; I went there when it first opened but haven't had KFC since.
I just find it too fatty & greasy for my liking. And I don't like all the sauces & salads. I prefer something I've cooked myself with none of the above.

The first album I bought was the then-new Iron Maiden album, when I was 15, and I've never looked back!
I remember we were in the car and my brother was listening to his chav shit on the Radio 1 chart show, and because this song was in the top 10 they had to play it!
This fuckwit DJ actually apologised to the audience for having to play a heavy metal song, and it really showed the chavs what proper music is!

Which isn't (quite) a foreign country!
If I hypothetically fell in love with someone from, say, Canada, I'm not sure about that as apart from the practical question of where to work and live, what would I do without my friends & family; is it all worth giving up for one person?
The reason I'm against Brexshit is I can't just swan off to a foreign country or put my wealth in some dodgy offshore fund like James Dyson or Jake Rees-Bogg, so I care about my own country because I'm British and always will be.
I would recommend reading the book One Night in Winter by Simon Montefiore if you want an excellent exposition of this, no spoiler but I think you would like it.

What is your idea of a great holiday or vacation?

My friends used to live in France and I exulted in my visits to the Dordogne, but they moved out in 2015 and I haven't been back since :(
The beauty of France is that it's a gorgeous country and familiraly European, but different enough to be a real holiday. Each day I would walk or cycle for hours, read books, eat & drink and spend time with my friends & family.
Extremely near where this picture was taken, in the town of Brantome, is the most terrific gelaterie.
