Thoughts on Boris Johnson?

Welshy2123
Johnson is and always has been a nasty, self-seeking, self-absorbed fraud who uses and discards his followers the country as though we were all the ex-wives he cheated on or the children he doesn’t see.
Sooner he’s gone the better, I’ve had my disagreements with Starmer (he isn’t anti-Brexit enough, for instance) but he’s bound to be better than Johnson, I just hope by enough to make a difference.

How old were you when you had your first alcoholic drink? 🍷

Confessedloser’s Profile PhotoTJ
Apart from communion wine and sips of sherry at my nan’s, when I was 13 and a family friend was leaving home for college. I got blind drunk on one Pernod! Wish I still could, but alas.

Who Else Dislike Boris Johnson?

crybxbyxo’s Profile Photo★ GᗩYᒪIEᑎ. ★
I can’t bear him myself. The jokey act has always, for me, hidden a sinister ambition. And it’s dangerous to have a man like him writing the rules that he thinks don’t apply to the rest of the old boys.
If I didn’t hate and despise him already, the Rwanda scheme would have made me do so. He and Patel may not understand how evil it is, but surely someone could explain to him why it’s unworkable and ruinously expensive, if he hadn’t fired those honest followers who didn’t quit in disgust as his ethics advisor did.
And the whole thing was done for show anyway, what saddens me is I know a lot of people who will say ‘Enoch Powell was right, send the wogs back to Africa and ignore those do gooders, I love Boris’ and will gladly make their own lives worse out of spite for anyone who looks different to them, even though we have more in common with ‘all these foreigners’ than with Johnson and his clique.

Sounds like you are well on your way to a superb time (and already there!) Things like circus can be a great way to train for a run without actually running as well, so if say it's an idea to keep mixing up your options!

Yes, thanks, an excellent idea.

I already do most of my ‘training’ by walking and cycling, so cross-training is known to me and what you’ve suggested seems like the next step.

PAP of your pet?

ShazNatzMegzGabz’s Profile PhotoShannon
Sadly, I have none! I just can’t afford to pay vets bills. I’d like two cats but would struggle to give them a home worth having, so I am without pets until I retire.

Which supermarket do you go to the most? Waitrose, M&S, Ocado, Tesco, Asda, Aldi, Lidl?

The co op. Not because of any reason but because it’s near where I live and without a car I can’t go anywhere else wout difficulty.
