What is the most overrated thing currently? I'd go for Prime

Prime, Netflix and so on, just end up costing more and are only ‘convenient’ for the sellers.
Whereas, when I buy a dvd, then it’s my dvd and I can watch it as many times as I like without paying more, which is even better given that many of the things I like aren’t streamed anyway.

How many hours do you work per week?are you obliged to work overtime?

I do 35 hours and I don’t work overtime, though I have been known to work weekends when the company has urgent business, then take a day off in lieu. For instance, I’m working Saturday but then I’m off next Friday without taking a holiday, which I think is a good arrangement.

How do you feel when people take photos at funerals? Including the wake as well?

I think it’s out of order unless the next of kin have asked you to. Thankfully I’ve never seen this and hope it isn’t common.
At a funeral I don’t take my phone, iPad, iPod, and certainly not camera. I put my wallet into my suit in case I need to buy drinks or make a donation, otherwise I just bring myself and my smart clothes.

What's your go to drink on a night out?

Bitter in summer, stout in winter, ipa if desperate, rum & coke if there’s no ale to be had.
I do like traditional cider. But I never drink fizzy lager or fizzy industrial ‘cider’.

It was raining heavily in the morning but has got drier, without becoming too hot.
The painter & decorator should be finishing his work on the front of my house tomorrow so I’m stoked for that!

Yes, I think anon should not be allowed.
Some need to hide behind a pseudonym, such as LGBT people who don’t feel able to come out, and political & religious dissidents of all kinds.
But they should have to sign up for an account which can be banned or reported if there’s a need for it, not some consequence-free anon.
