Would you say that the Music Man JP necks the same as the Sterling JP ones or is one thinner/thicker than the other?
They are very similar, I never had any problems with any neck shape but Sterling JP necks are veeery comfortable

I love axe fx..But don't you sometimes miss playing with a real amp and a cab ? you know that dynamic and headroom ..
With a Mackie HD1221 you can have all the headroom you'd ever need, but I admit I miss a bit amps/cabs and when I'll have money I'm sure I'll buy a Maxon OD808 + 5150III 50W + Mesa 4x12.

can you desribe the difference between a ceramic nailbomb and an aftermath ?
Aftermath has less highs and more mids and upper mids, they're both ultra tight but Aftermath maybe a hair tighter. Character-wise the Aftermath sounds "dryer" and the Nailbomb more chuggy.

The guy did a honest comparison but there is a fundamental problem: if you shape your tone on one guitar, the other won't sound balanced in comparison and viceversa. Also strings and pickup height matter A LOT. One could sound better than the other depending on the tone he's playing through, a DI comparison would be MUCH better.
Other stuff to be considered and that is often overlooked: amp and most importantly cab used are more important than the pickup, expecially in a dense mix. They will have more impact on the final tone.
On a side note, he doesn't exactly have a tight and powerful right hand and makes everything muddier and less clear to compare.
