Are you planning on getting a Vik?

Yes, definitely. They're among my top favourite guitars and Vik himself is just lovely

i don't see you using an ESPs! What are your thoughts on them? :)

I really like ESP and LTD, owned a MH-417 time ago. I like their neck profiles, very good guitars for sure!

I'm having trouble keeping my Jp7 in tune. Have you encountered any problems with yours in the past?

Nope, they stay in tune like motherfuckers. You might have humidity issues in your room (guitar next to windows, AC, etc) or the guitar's nut/overall setup is kinda fucked up, or you just have to put bigger gauges.

how do you setup your music man guitars for drop tuning????

1 - drop the string
2 - intonate the string
3 - profit

what do you think about ''the stoner movement'' bands like red fang, the sword, wolfmother etc.

I love certain bands in the stoner/doom/sludge/crust area, I've seen Red Fang live and it was amazing!

at what age did u start playing guitar? what was the biggest inspiration to start at the first place?

I started at 13yo with a supercheap classic guitar my parents gave me by surprise, didn't actually have much interest if at all, was just listening to Eminem, Limp Bizkit and other crap haha :) the "feeling" when I strummed the first chords was magic though and made me fell in love with the instrument.

How do you like the Ibanez Iron Label guitars?

The old ones, I couldn't care less. The new ones OMG!!!! I have my eyes on the new S8 bubinga.

How do you afford to have so much guitars ? (Blackmachine, EBMM, Ibanez, Bernie Rico, etc...) They all cost an arm ! (almost)

I don't smoke, don't drink, don't do drugs, don't waste money on useless crap, don't buy fashion clothes every day. I work! I spend EVERYTHING I have on gear/guitars, because that's what I like.
Almost every cent I earn from work gets spent on music stuff, and the very few remaining bucks are all gone in eating/bills/internet/cinema.
I'm not rich, I don't conduct a "well-being" life, I don't even have my own car these days. The guitars/gear you see are the result of years saving hard earned money, that's it :)

Is Italy a great place to live? What are the best and worst things about living there?

Food is the best thing in Italy! Plus there's a certain "way" we interact with each other that is very different than what other countries or cultures have, and it's something I love. Also we're all good looking tehehe :)
Worst things: incredibly huge taxes, lots of wastefulness for useless crap, VERY low wages, basically the salary/tax ratio is what makes it very very difficult.

Do you have an easy time writing music with your band? I almost feel awkward trying to work on music with others?

with Abio it usually works like this: I come up with a song, then meet with our drummer and we write drum parts together. It may happen that the drummer wants to change the song structure a bit to accomodate some drum patterns better.
Then rehearse with our guitarist to check some harmonizations, decide who does which part, finalize fingerings etc. Finally meet with our bass player to put nice basslines that blend well with both drums and guitars.
Song structure can change even more when vocals are in to make them blend and flow better together.
So basically the "core" riffs and ideas come from me (until now) but each of us adds its taste and ideas in certain details.

Would you sign exclusively to a guitar company, and if you would which ones come to mind as being ideal?

I am in talks with a company I love, still have to discuss details but I'd be proud to join forces with them :)

Do you experiment with alternate tunings very often?

Nah, I try to keep it quite simple to alternate between lessons and writing/recording, it's usually just standard + drop on last string. I'm loving B standard on 7 string these days though, makes for really evil sounding chords

do odd time signatures cum naturally to you?

Odd signatures have never been an issue, as long as you feel the groove and can count!

you do covers first to get the initial wave of fans and start with original stuff after?

Regardless of what you do and in which order you do it, if it's good stuff will bring people's attention. :)

Any production 8 string guitars similar in look to your Bernie Rico? (Ebony fret, quilt maple top)

Look at the new summer/fall Ibanez catalog released today.

Have you ever played Agile ERG's? Are they good for intermediate guitar player?

Yes I owned one. Decent instrument but the neck was HUGE. They're ok for the intermediate player, I'd prefer to stay with Jackson X series, Ibanez Premium/Iron Label, LTD etc.

are you overwhelm by questions should i stop

I don't know who you are so I don't know which are your questions :) regardless, if questions are good I answer them, if it's pointless shit I just delete them or block the person
