The backing track is really cool but I unfortunately don't have time to enter contests, also don't think it would be fair. But I do enjoy watching entries, it's fun to see all the different approaches :)

Before a show as long as it takes to be warmed up, usually 15-20mins is fine for me.

What do you think about SD Andy Sneap presets?
A preset is a preset, it should always be intended as a starting point, never the final tone. It's cool to see how certain people tweak stuff like on SD presets but again, nothing more than that imho.
For an official release. I'd personally never use any sort of preset or eq/comp within SD, I'd keep everything raw and then treat it with external plugins.

Any tips on playing standing up? I feel like i'm 30% worse than sitting down.
Re-adjust your strap length so that the distance between you and guitar, with arm leverage etc is more or less the same.

Play exercises three times slow and the fourth time at double the speed, to build stamina and get used to short "speed bursts", so that you get kinda used to the faster speed for a short amount of time and you will slowly learn how to be more relaxed. It's not everything but that's a starting point at least!

Hey man do you have any advice on how to develop relaxed but accurate right hand technique? I struggle so much to not get painfully tensed up, but it's so hard to accurately play fast runs with such a relaxed grip on the pick. Your technique is out of this world phenomenal!
Yes, I think I know what the problem might be in your case. Among the lessons I do there's one which specifically covers posture and gets pretty in depth, I unfortunately cannot written it in words since I literally have to show most of the stuff. You probably hear this a lot, but since getting a real Backmachine is expensive as hell and almost impossible, should I buy a copy for $1.5k to $2k? I'm not expecting 10/10 quality like Doug but for someone who isn't as fortunate as you, it may be the only reasonable choice at the moment.
Better buy something legit for a 2k$ budget rather than a copy :)

Ever tried a Bare Knuckle Miracle Man? I'm thinking of pairing one up with an Emerald in the neck, in an Alder bodied guitar with a 5 pc Wenge/Bubinga neck, how would that sound in your opinion?
Depends on the genre and tuning you're playing with. I like it, but it's scooped and more for Old School Death/Thrash imho, or Zakk Wylde stuff. I personally think it won't have much mids in your guitar, it works best in basswood bodies.
