So do you communicate with the vending machine everyday now that you succeded in doing it the first time?
It would take too long to explain what that actually means.Basically we were developing a process by which people scan their campus ID cards and the snack machine needs to "talk with" our server to see if it's valid and handle transaction processing using the money on their account. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Web_service
Do you use Adobe CC exclusively now, or do you use both Sony Vegas and Adobe depending on the circumstances?
The first time I played, yeah. I knew the game was four discs long and I never would've suspected they'd kill off a main character on disc one of all places.
So according to most, Star Ocean 5 was a bust. 20 hour game (with necessary grinding), bland story and characters, etc. Will you still be picking it up? Have you already?
As a SO fan, i'll probably just pick it up when it's 20 bucks.
I actually got it and have pretty much already put it down. Nothing really drew me in after maybe 6-8 hours of play. Its biggest problem for me is that the characters are super flat. They have their moments once in a blue moon but they all feel like androids to me. The private actions are largely devoid of any subtance, sometimes literally just one line that doesn't develop anything. Battle system is kind of slow, always been my biggest gripe with Star Ocean games especially having gotten into the Tales series more. The second time I had to "protect Anne while she does a thing" and failed multiple times because there's no aggro management (maybe this comes later, I dunno) is pretty much when I had enough. I know I'm the weird one for thinking The Last Hope was a great game, but I think I agree with what people are saying on this one.If you're a huge Star Ocean fan then yeah, just wait for the price to come down, it shouldn't take long.
Have you tried out the ps plus game furi? What are your thoughts on it.
Nope.
Did you ever go through the punk rock / emo phase?
Pretty much everybody in high school liked that stuff, not all of it faded once I got out. Stuff like Motion City Soundtrack I still like pretty well, for example. That whole period also opened up a lot of doors for me to look into more progressive stuff, so even if a lot of the music we listened to then was pretty vapid it was a good stepping-off point to other genres.
If you were sat down at a piano, would you be able to play some kind of song. Or would it take a while to regain some of your skill from inactivity.
I haven't touched a piano in 9 years, I doubt I'd be able to play anything I knew from back then.
You take any language classes in college? Do you think learning 2 is out of the question? I wanna do French and Japanese. I know Spanish already so that helps with French, and Japanese I studied a bit. Also they're super different. Do any college students typically do this?
Nah, I didn't. If that's what you want to take as your electives, go for it.
