Does Mystical Ninja starring Goemon for the N64 borrow bosses from The Legend of The Mystical Ninja for SNES? I seem to remember the guy that throws his wig at you on the SNES looks a lot like the guy that you punch a bunch of times and then kick on the N64
There are many recurring themed bosses throughout the series. You're thinking of Kashiwagi (Wartime Kabuki Robot) that's the first Impact fight. The most obvious one between those two games is the first ghost boss in LotMN and Tsurami, the Festival Temple boss from MNSG.

Probably not this week; I'd like to get both another EarthBound video and the third Transformers video up by overnight Friday so I actually need to do some video work today and tomorrow. I may try for next week depending on how things look.

Nah, I went ahead and ordered the Hauppauge 610. It wasn't too expensive. Now I just hope I can get through my stage freight. In front of real people, I have no problems, but apparently there's something about putting myself online that worries me. Any pointers on that?
Making videos is way easier, just jump right in and if you're not happy with it, fix it in editing or trash it and try again. You have total control over what people see and don't see so it's the biggest safety net in the world.

When capturing Earthbound with Elgato, what settings do you use? I tried to do something with Ocarina of Time, but my TV says "unsupported signal." This only happens with the program running with my N64. Same composite cables with GameCube and/or program closed, and it works just fine.
I don't record EarthBound with the Elgato, I use a Hauppauge 610 for SD stuff. I don't really have any experience with SD Elgato stuff but Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask may generate an extremely non-standard signal since they run at 20 fps. We may need to take this to YouTube PM's but I think the first step is to try capturing other games on your N64 and other SD consoles to see if it's a universal problem or just with that game.
Did you ever get into the Portal series?
I watched complete playthroughs of both games and they looked good but honestly I don't think there's anything else I'd get out of playing them myself.
Did you like Pilotwings 64 at all? I got it for my birthday with the N64, and got frustrated with it a lot. Probably because I was 12 years old and had no patience haha.

I've been watching for something like six years now so it's impossible to pick. My favorite recently is Ripley's Believe It or Go Fuck Yourself.

I usually don't, no. Nausea and upset stomach are almost never a problem for me, and the only way I really get motion sick is if I'm repeatedly lurched in a direction I'm not expecting or something.

I dunno, probably Spark Mandrill but really it's just because it's my favorite song out of the ones I've listened to. Corridors of Time is also way up there for the same reason.
That's awesome. The Grammys are big-time. I honestly can't believe they nominated some VG music, but then again, I couldn't believe they made it to Spotify either.
Well, the music in MGR could easily stand alone, it's more like music that happens to accompany a video game than video game music in the traditional sense.

Protest put some of the songs on YouTube themselves...3 I think...and now they're streaming the entire album free for their fans.
Good on them, then. I'd imagine the ads on the videos and whatever site they're streaming it from still provide revenue, though, as opposed to a random guy uploading the full album.
