Did you just get worn out with live streaming? I hope I haven't missed parts 7 & 8 being livestreamed

The livestream went fine, I just think it can be better presented with an edited video.

What does the "J" in "JRPG" stand for?

Japanese. Mostly just used to distinguish between eastern-developed and western-developed RPG's.

I need the most stereotypical JRPG ever. I'm thinking, 4 crystals of the elements, a main character with a symbol on his hand that he's never realized his entire life, a magical weapon, cool hair, deaths that try to be dramatic, a tough character that's actually soft, you get the picture. Anything?

Not really, I much prefer games that actually try to be somewhat unique. Final Fantasy IX and earlier is pretty much your typical RPG, Legaia 2 is pretty similar to that minus the combat system, otherwise like I said they don't really stick with me.

you into visual/graphic novels? If you are Danganronpa is a good one that you can get on a psp emulator with an english patch. It's a Murder mystery, Action-adventure type game. I would highly recommend checking it out. Think ace attorney + 999 + stuffed bears.

Super high school level no thanks. Not into the genre at all really.

I have a guy in school whos really testing me lately and i was thinking when hes annoying or saying something to tease me or act alpha or whatever ask him to come speak alone and then say to him idont like it when he calls me stuff and ask him if he understands. U think it will work?

I dunno, depends on the person and your relationship with them? Talk to your guidance counselor about it.

Sorry, should have been more clear. Not Yale specifically, but in general. Am I screwed or is there still a chance for redemption. Is freshmen year that important?

You'll be fine.

So for my freshmen year of high school I'm not doing so good. Looks like my first semester grades are gunna be , B, B, A, C, C (AP class), and A. All honors (aside from pe, and the AP). If from my second semester of freshmen till the end I push hard with honors classes and improve to a 4.0 (+)then-

(cont.) ... Then what are my chances of getting into a good university like Yale. Do they like to see improvement? If freshmen year just a marker to see where you're at? Is it really as important as sophomore or junior year? Form here on out I'm really committed to a 4.0 (+) so what do you think.

Is getting good grades in university significant in the grand scheme of things?

Probably only to the extent that you need good enough grades to earn your degree. Beats me though, I'm still at the job that I started my final semester of college.

Just finished watching your TP let's play, your commentary is always entertaining and smooth and its always interesting to hear your opinions on things and such. Thanks for doing what your doing, your great! Also have a question, do you like Midna more as a compain or do you like Na'vi more from Oot

Midna is probably the best companion to date. Navi is competing with Fi for the worst.

You don't use your wii anymore?

It's been in the closet pretty much since I finished the Skyward Sword LP, I think. Can't remember if I got Rhythm Heaven Fever before or after that. At any rate it at least wasn't too long after finishing that LP.

If you're into the whole beat em up genre Mitsurugi Kamui Hikae is great. Especially for only $2.50 right now during the sale. It's not the deepest game but i'm sure you'll have some fun with it. (if you're into the genre)

Not super big into it, maybe someone else out there will be though!

Think you'd ever give Xenoblade chronicles a go?

I dunno, it's not really one I've ever been interested in and I'd have to dig my Wii out. Isn't it also expensive and hard to find?

What are some games on the steam sale that you might recommend.

I mean, there are thousands of games on sale so there are a ton of choices. Crypt of the Necrodancer, Euro Truck Simulator 2, Bit.Trip Runner 2 (it's 92% off), Stanley Parable, Dragon Age Origins... Just take a look around and check out whether the majority of reviews are positive. Usually gives you a good general indicator.

Batman have you ever played Xenogears? It's a phenomenal game. If you haven't played it I highly recommend it.

No, but it's always been on my list of ones I need to check out sometime.

Ever thought about replaying any of them? (star ocean) Is that a contender for a live stream game. And yes, Edge Maverick > Fayt Leingod

I dunno, I might replay it some day. Won't be an LP or anything though.

Favorite star ocean 3 characters? What about to use in battle.

I don't know which one that is. The only ones I've played are Till the End of Time on PS2 and whatever the most recent (I think?) PS3 one was. I don't remember most of the characters in the PS2 one, much less the ones I used. I know there was Fayt, then like a blonde-haired guy who punched things? And I think some lady with blue hair maybe that had a pistol or some other kind of long-range gun thing. Those are the ones I remember most but who knows really.
If only they had memorable names like Edge Maverick.

How do you feel about no charges being filed against the cop in Ferguson?

An unarmed 18-year-old boy named Michael Brown is shot six times (shot AT 10 or 11 times) by Darren Wilson, including in the forehead and the top of the skull, and the grand jury decides not to *indict* the shooter? We're not even talking about a conviction here. What are you supposed to do when the justice system fails you? Protestors have been out on the street for months asking for investigation, asking for justice, and are met with a response that even prompted Amnesty International to send in a team that later reported and documented human rights abuses taking place. What are you supposed to do when America fails you?
How do I feel? Sick, angry, ashamed, incredulous, hurting for Brown's family and their entire community. We still have such a long way to go.
I really recommend looking at https://twitter.com/austin_walker and the accounts that he's been retweeting if you want to get some perspective.

Aside from the glaring backtracking issues, would you say TTYD is a solid Paper Mario game?

I mean, it's above the average of the four games in the series, so yes? It's fine. It's a totally alright game.
