In Splatterhouse 3, what typically happens if you take too long to save Jennifer/David? Does the Mask just say like oh, it's too bad you didn't save them, sucks to be you, then you proceed to fight with it?
Basically yeah. You still defeat the Dark One and then the Mask. His dialogue is a little different in the ending, saying that he'll still survive as long as there is human suffering (instead of "I'm dying!"), but otherwise the game proceeds exactly the same way.

Do you think the fact that you can move in all directions of the plain in Splatterhouse 3 makes the game more difficult? Or do you think the game is pretty much the same even with it?
Man, Splatterhouse 3 would be so annoying if the gameplay was basically the same but only in two dimensions. Its difficulty comes from bosses that are almost guaranteed to hit you and can take you out in one or two hits.

I can't really offer any more advice than I gave in the videos. Use Duster's Hypno Pendulum and the Battle Log to practice, get a feel for the beats, and you may have to compensate just a little for lag if you're on an emulator.

That was with the Diamond VC500. Part of why it doesn't look as good is my fault, but if you notice it freezes up a lot when it fades to white and things like that.

I don't know, probably Zelda since it's been around longer but I'm just guessing.
what do u recommend for a cheap good quality capture card other than dazzle?
I wouldn't recommend going much cheaper than that, going below that like $35-$45 price range you're at much greater risk of picking up a piece of crap. Some other ones I've used are the Diamond VC500 which can glitch up every now and then and cause the video to freeze, and don't even bother going for an EasyCap. The only other SD card I've tried aside from those is the Hauppauge 610 USB-Live 2 which is in a similar price range, and assuming you know what you're doing it seems good. ... An excuse for what? Patience is a good quality to have. I don't know what requirements something needs to be considered a "virtue" but holding out for the long-term instead of only focusing on the now can certainly be a worthwhile exercise. I guess as with all things it's best in moderation though.

Sure, the original three (4, 5, 6) are pretty good. I'd say maybe Empire Strikes Back (5) but all three are good so I'd take any one of them.

Never been big into the Tales series. I played Symphonia and Legendia, they were both just okay. That's a pretty bad trailer though if you ask me, and no I don't know the voice.

Most likely. There were probably a few hours I cut out of Skies of Arcadia due to cutting out random battles and other types of editing, but something requiring that much play time would just take way too long to do.

I've never really set a hard limit but I highly doubt I'll ever do anything longer than Skies of Arcadia was, which was like 29 hours.

Yes and maybe, but it's less likely than most of the other games in that pile. Everyone's seen everything about it by this point, I don't really have much to offer with it.
