Do you like Nine Inch Nails? Their new album comes out soon

I've honestly never really listened to much NiN at all. I think maybe one or two songs once? Don't really remember anything about them.

Favorite Mario powerup from any of the games? My personal favorite is the steel cap from SM64, mainly because of the music.

Tanooki suit.

Dream Theater is definitely awesome. My dad hung out with Mike Portnoy when he was in Adrenaline Mob, who I actually like too. My dads best friend grew up with Mike Portnoy. Heard he is a pretty decent guy as well as an awesome drummer.

I've actually never listened to Adrenaline Mob. I think the only other band with him I've listened to is Liquid Tension Experiment. He seems like he'd be a down-to-earth kind of guy.

Didn't they port Dynamite Deka/Die Hard Arcade to home systems?

I think so, I'm wanting to say at least to the Sega Saturn maybe? I only ever played it in the arcade back in the day.

Cult of Personality is an awesome song. And I used to like Through Fire and Flames but then I watched a few different live videos, and found out that they are a better studio band than live band.. It was disappointing.

They're not the worst live band I've ever heard but it does really underscore the impact of studio enhancement when it comes to a band's sound. Unfortunately that's just the musical age we're living in for the most part, it seems that the only rock bands you could see today who sound just as good live as on studio are the ones who've been around for a while. My biggest beef with Dragonforce in particular is their songs are just... musically empty. Their one gimmick is machine-gun double-kicks and rapid-fire guitar solos. There's no real substance other than that. I'll grant that they're technically skilled, but mediocre creative musicians in my opinion.
To get back to the subject of live performances, this is one of my favorite of recent memory that isn't Rush (by the way Mike Portnoy is a damn amazing drummer): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aqCkihctr0wbatman9502’s Video 49629816406 aqCkihctr0wbatman9502’s Video 49629816406 aqCkihctr0w

how many times have you been copyrighted, not including the rock band videos you once had.

I've never received a strike. I currently only have one content-matched video which is a Mega Man Legends episode (of all things, it picked up on the Bach music during the final boss). Every Rock Band video I ever made resulted in a content match.

If you had access, would you mind playing any piano songs and posting them on youtube. Anyone who's played it for 14 years has skills. I think it would be a nice addittion to your channel. Maube any themes on video games would keep the tone

I haven't played the piano in six years.

Would you ever end up recording any rock band videos?

I did before but have removed them all. It's literally the equivalent of begging for copyright strikes.

Could you ever beat Devil Went Down to Georgia in GH3?

Well yeah, if I recall you can't play TtFatF unless you beat Lou anyway. Just to clear things up there's no point in asking "did you beat X" because at this point I was a freshman in college with nothing better to do and generally spent 1 or 2 hours a day playing Guitar Hero. I've cleared every song.

Well this begs the questions, Can you, or could you play Through the Fire and Flames in guitar Hero 3? If you could how well could you do?

I could four-star it, but honestly I only ever played it a handful of times since, like I said, I didn't really care for it that much. I doubt I'd be able to anymore since I haven't played GH3 or used its controller in such a long time.

When did you start using a different capture device, and how does it do compared to Hauppauge?

A couple weeks ago, it's obviously better or I wouldn't be using it. It captures at a higher bit rate and isn't as prone to video glitches as the Hauppauge was. It can also do 1080p if I were to do a game capable of that resolution.

How come?

I'm guessing you're the Dragonforce guy? You have no idea how many times I heard "can you play Through the Fire and the Flames" in college. If we're speaking from that game, give me Cliffs of Dover, Knights of Cydonia, Cult of Personality, or One over that song any time.

Do you think one can really catch a tiger by the toe?

I still don't understand why one would even want to undertake that endeavor. Then if you did, would you actually let it go if it hollered?

Do you ever watch anyone else's LPs like NintendoCaprisun?

The only LP'ers I watch regularly anymore are ChipCheezum/Ironicus and some of Northernlion's Let's Look At and Crusader Kings II series.

Do you play guitar hero? How good are you. And whars your favorite song?

The last time I played Guitar Hero was when Guitar Hero 3 was the current thing. Once Rock Band came out, I never picked up Guitar Hero again. I was pretty good at Rock Band (guitar and drums) at one point. A few weeks after RB2 came out I was #5 on the leaderboards for total Guitar score. I haven't picked it up in probably a year and a half though. Don't have a favorite song, there are probably thousands to pick from.

Look at you in the bigtime! You have your own office. Not a lot of people have that, especially in their 20's lol

It's super nice, but everyone in my department has their own so it's more because of available office space than anything else.
