What is the sky?

I think it says something about us when we call the Earth the physical rock and immediate surroundings, and the Earth's sky literally everything else we can see from here.

Do you think 3D remakes of the original two Metal Gear games would be a good idea?

It would be kind of interesting to see the original MSX games remade with the better mechanics of the 3D games.

Love your Let's plays Batman, especially your majora's mask and Twilight princess lp's!ay just be because i'm a big Zelda fan, haha. Anyways, i got a question for you! What is your favourite Zelda game and why?:P

Ocarina of Time/Majora's Mask. They got everything right without doing too much.

It's September now, are you looking forward to the seasons changing? Are you the type of person to get sick of summer once it gets way too hot?

I'm always sick of summer because it's always too hot. Fall is great though, and things start to get really pretty on top of it all.

I've said this a million times but you're an AMAZING LPer. I really like you because you always know what your doing. Like some others will say things like 'Ah what do I do next'. But no you've got you're shit like on paper. Holy fuck I love you. How does that make you feel?

Thanks, glad you enjoy my stuff.

I was watching your DKC casual LP, and I just want you to know that you're not alone. I, too, have to bounce on the metal drum with Winky :)

Solidarity.

Would you say that Super Mario Galaxy 1 and 2 are the best Mario games Nintendo has made in the last few years?

Can't make a judgment, I literally haven't played any that have been made since then.

If I were to ask you to do a walkthrough of Wind Waker, would the answer to that question be the same as the answer to this question?

I don't like Wind Waker.
Therefore the statement "the answer to this question is the same as the answer to a question asking me to do Wind Waker" is true.

Are you glad that Nintendo released Earthbound on vc so that others can play along with you or does it not really matter?

It's always good to make games more available.

I am very excited to hear about your new LP! I've heard a lot about Earthbound, but have never played it. You mentioned that you have been wanting to do this since the time you began LPing, so my question is: How many games are on your list of potential Let's Plays?

I don't really have a list, just ideas that float around from time to time. When it comes time to pick a new one I always browse my entire library before picking something. It just so happened nothing else was really jumping out at me, and when I saw Earthbound I really got the urge to do it.

In twilight princess did you know in hyrule castle courtyard there's a spot to dig where you use the boomerang and in that area is a key which allows you to get to the final room before the boss door

Yes. I wasn't too focused on showing everything back then, so as I mention in the description of one of those videos I didn't check it out because it wasn't necessary.

I was wondering if you know anything about Pinnacle Studios and Dazzle. For some reason it keeps dropping frames and the audio and video game footage aren't syncing up correctly. If you know anything about this, I was hoping that you can help me with that. I am a huge fan of your LP's.

Chris
When I had my Dazzle I never used Pinnacle Studios, I always used VirtualDub. Barring that make sure you have all the latest drivers installed and everything, and that your computer is buff enough to handle it. If you've got an older computer it may not be able to keep up. That being said I always got progressive desync on anything from the N64. It's possible to fix, but if it's progressive (starts relatively synced then slowly drifts further apart) it's a lot harder than if it's constant (off by a constant amount throughout). I couldn't really tell this without a video sample.
For progressive desync, your best first guess is to drop it in VirtualDub (it's free) and go to Video --> Frame rate. Select to change the FPS so the video and audio durations match and see if this fixes it. If it does, then just re-render the video out of there (preferably using a codec like HuffYUV or Lagarith) and you're good to go. Otherwise you'll have to manually stretch the video or audio, which is relatively simple if you have an editor like Sony Vegas (ctrl+click and drag to shrink or stretch one track), more tricky if you don't. For constant desync, you can probably just slice off the correct amount of sound or video in your editor and realign the tracks yourself without too much trouble.
Learning this stuff is a long process, it might be worth looking up some tutorials on Google and/or YouTube, or if you want more help send me a PM on YouTube and we'll work it out.

do you ever just get a burning queastion, then look it up, then see other results and keep searching online

Sometimes, usually if I'm looking up something specific though I'm pretty good about just finding it and moving on.

Is it true that the only certainty in life is death and taxes?

Death is pretty certain, taxes can vary depending on where you live.

Do you think people would subscribe to me if, I post new gaming video every day, but of a different online flash game, Like make 1 part and thats all of each game.

I can't speak for people. Do what you want and don't care about subscription numbers.

What always sparks your curiosity for something?

I'm not entirely sure what you're asking. Some things are interesting to me and some things aren't, I can't really say there's one characteristic that would always make me curious about something.

Do you still study? If so, then how?

Not in the school sense, but I have some science pages I follow on Facebook and a handful of science channels on YouTube that oftentimes will introduce me to or remind me of something and springboard me into looking up articles and such on them. For other things I'll look them up mostly out of curiosity having heard it mentioned somewhere or being relevant to something I was thinking about. I don't study them like you would for an exam but I do like learning new stuff.

Would you say the same thing about Genesis games? I mean, there seems to be a lot of games for that system that fall under the radar (ex. Dynamite Headdy)

Yeah there's quite a few good ones on Genesis as well, though I'd probably claim Ristar as my favorite.
