Would you be interested if they did an upgraded version of legend of legaia with updated graphics, new boss, and things like that?
It would be interesting simply because the original game is so old now it would require doing basically all the work from scratch instead of updating what is already there. I don't usually pick up graphically updated versions of games I already own but with a year/technology gap that big on a game so good I'd have to at least check it out. It's never going to happen though.
Have you ever played any of the wild arms series of games?
I think I played a demo once for Wild Arms 2 maybe? That's the extent of it.

No idea, I don't plan out LP's in advance. Arkham City is a possibility, though I doubt I'll spend the time on Origins. Can't make any decisions about Arkham Knight until I play it.

I know about it but I've never played it. Unfortunately I didn't have a Genesis as a kid so I missed out on a lot of Sega stuff from back then, but I've heard Vectorman is one of the good ones.

At least Noa got to see her family again, even if it did not last long. Maya had to forever live with the fact that her parents were did, and it was because of her losing control.
I thought Sharon was the least interesting? All she was was the daughter of a pirate captain with a ship and a crew.

Yeah, her backstory is kind of lame, but I seem to remember her having the most personality. I could be wrong though, the last time I played it was before the PS3 was out.
I don't recall any romantic interest depicted between any of them. If anything I thought Nancy and Galvan were basically the family figures.

You think that Kazan and Maya are less likeable than Kazan and noa? Maya killed her mother and father, and lost her voice after it happenned, Kazan had to kill his student after he went mad with power, and saw him return as the black swordsman.
Noa, having been raised by a talking wolf for the first twelve years of her life is the long-lost daughter of the Queen and King of Conkram, where the Mist originated and whose inhabitants became absorbed by the giant Sim Seru the town became, and her brother is the "prince" of the Mist and the game's main antagonist. Gala grew up hating the Seru and forming a rivalry with Songi, who slaughtered many inhabitants of the monastery by abusing the powers of a Ra-Seru (turned into a Sim Seru) and ultimately threatens the world by attempting to destroy the Genesis Tree in the Seru Kai.
Kazan's and Maya's backstories are there to develop the characters and basically get resolved throughout the course of the game. Noa's and Gala's are an integral part of what drives the game forward.

What were some of the main problems you had with Legaia two duel saga? I have it and it seems like a fine and good game.
It's fine, I'm not saying it's horrible, but when I break it down piecemeal I just feel like it's basically Legend of Legaia but done a bit more poorly. I think Kazan and Maya are less interesting and likeable than Gala and Noa (Sharon is probably the best character in the main party), I think the Origins have way less personality and far less backstory than the Ra-Seru, I think the purely weapons-based combat isn't as fulfilling as the martial-arts style combat, I think the hub-style world map is less immersive and engaging than the open world map, I think the Mist and its villains (Cort, Jette, Zora, etc.) are better than Avalon and Velna and certainly the secondary antagonists like Songi and the Delilas Family are better than Elliot and Marianne and the Balkan brothers, and the list just goes on. Legaia 2 may have made some improvements in terms of not requiring you to absorb Seru to get magic on each character and adding things like Variable Arts, but overall I'm just not as invested in its world and its characters nearly as much.
Do you have wireless internet? If so, what kind of wireless router do you use? Is there a spot you put it to get the best signal?
I have a wireless router but my PC is on an Ethernet connection. I mostly only use the wireless for the PS3/4. The router is just by the PC which is actually on a complete opposite corner of the apartment from the living room where the PS4 is hooked up, but it still gets 90%-95% signal strength. The hint is to just buy a good router.

Is there any way I can fix de-sync problems that happen with FRAPS? The sync with the gameplay and sound from the game is off by like 3 seconds
I've never heard of desync from Fraps, that's a new one on me. Constant desync is easy to fix in any editing program though. For VirtualDub just go to Audio --> Interleaving and enter a value (in milliseconds) for the audio skew, for any timeline-based editor (Vegas, Premiere, WMM, etc.) just move the audio track until it matches up, for Avisynth just use delayAudio(seconds), etc. Basically every editing solution has something you can use to fix this.
If you had a choice, which one would you choose. Be turned into a cyborg, or keep you original body, and just have it improved with nanomachines until you are a super being.
Really depends upon the safety and track record of each type of technology (until shown to be safe I wouldn't do either) but assuming both were proven tech the nanomachines option sounds more appealing.

No, and even if there was it would be completely pointless since it would only focus on the channels with hundreds of thousands of subscribers.
