I was repeatedly called ugly by these two guys and was called ugly inside and out in front of people. This was three years ago. It has destryoed my confidence and I still think about it to this day. I was humilated too. Any advice on how to overcome this?
I’m really sorry that happened to you. I hope that you will realize how irrelevant those people are to your existence and your worth in this world. Use their cruelty as fuel to be an example of empathy and inner strength. Seek the advice of a counselor if necessary.
