How often do you exercise?
I have muscle disease, so it is a challenge. Anything that requires muscle power at all is considered exercise, because my body reacts that way. Washing my hair? Exercise. Sitting up in a chair? Very difficult at times. On decent days, I can do laundry or go for a walk, but I pay the consequences.

What else you love to have
I love food 😄 but I am ill and can’t eat a lot of things anymore. I really miss Mediterranean dishes like hummus and taboule and spanikopita. I probably like Italian food the most - pizza and pasta. And I have a lot of love for Latin American food such as tacos, enchiladas, and tamales. I am personally French Creole and Cajun, so there is a lot of seafood and rice in my life.

Are you able to eat spicy food?
I love it, but I’m not supposed to eat it. Digestive disease has pretty much destroyed my diet. If I do take in anything spicy, there are unpleasant consequences.
